Good to see you Ray, this scooter really rides nicely. Weight is a bit on the high side but hard to avoid when you add suspension and a good size battery.
@@KingK1. I'm not agree. It's a pretty good and solid scooter, no issues after nearly 2000 km at all. The only thing is the brake could be better - it's OK on plain terrain, but hardly enough for steep hills...
It's ALMOST perfect. ALMOST. A better folding latch, a slight angled step for the back foot, regen braking, and I'd be happy to throw 1k at something like this. Basically this with a NIU deck and it'd be literally perfect.
I agree with you on a rear step for sure, I have pushed the rear fender down against the tire by accidentally pushing down. I find the latch good though. I haven't tried out one of the NIU scooters yet, I'll have to! Thanks for commenting.
That really depends, the Dualtron is way faster and has more range and sport firm suspension. The Navee is like a cruiser in comparison with softer suspension. If you like app functionality than Navee is the clear choice. Cheers
@@gunstargizmo I was was making a generalization since it has pneumatic tires. Geared or nongeared isn’t a factor as far as flats go. You seen the new Emove RoadRunner Pro ? The wheels are split rims thus making a change of tire way easier. I’m sure that’ll be industry standard eventually.
Not overly impressed with performance considering it's a 500w motor. Not sure if the extra torque makes up for the shortcomings and the price compared to other scooters such as NIU KQi3 Max. The folding latch doesn't seem secure.
It performed very well compared to other similar scooters I reviewed, hence the graph. I have not ridden a NIU product. The folding latch is one of the best I have seen, very secure.
@@ElectronSurfer It's just a simple fender hook and bar ring which doesn't appear to prevent the bar from moving when lifting. Also, it's not at an ideal folding angle for carrying and with the hook exposed like that, it would be prone to breakage if something were to catch or fall onto it. The scooter has a sleek design, but for $1500(Canada), I'd look elsewhere.
Ah I got you now, totally true. This style is terrible for carrying, it comes off the hook all the time and yes that angle is totally funky to carry. The stem in the locked position is awesome. Thanks for clarifying!
I WILL NEVER own a scooter that requires an app connection in order to use it. I want the key lock security-start and go. I don’t want to worry about a lousy or no connection. If the company goes out of business, so does the app, so does your scooter. Absolutely not.
This does not require the app to use it, also there are third party apps that work for most any scooter that can do the main things like turning on cruise control, zero start (if you can), and speed limits.
Cool Channel man!
Hey appreciate it!
Cool. I was curious about this.

Electron Surfer Should I buy dualtron mini or navee s65?
What is their range?

@@ElectronSurfer what is the range navee vs dualtron. Navee price:1100 dualtron price:1200
It has a “geared” motor from the sound. Better torque than nongeared.
~
Yeah, just looked at the spec’s 👌🏼. 40Nm of torque seems pretty good 👍🏼.
You do get a bit more noise from geared but definitely a bump in torque! Cheers
Expect to be changing the rear tire more often.
@@gunstargizmo depends on where you’re riding ! I’ve had a couple flats, but this is over the course of 3+ years 👌🏼.
@@raylivengood8040 I'm referring to the geared motor. Also, I wasn't aware that this scooter has been around for that long.

600€ in geekbuying actually
Wow what a turtle speed scooter.. waste of money.. 🤣😂
If speed is your main thing sure, but to me it is fine speed-wise and the suspension is butter!

Louder than a Sport Bike 😂😂😂😂
"loud" is relative I guess! Thanks!
Easy to change sound
