I find such people weird, because ... is it such a foreign concept that the boss of a skincare brand adores the products she/he approves to be cleared through? If the boss isn't convinced of the product, it doesn't make much economical sense to clear it because that means it's more likely to do poorly in sales.

The Half Step FF I like, too. But I could never use it following the brand's own cleansing balm, ever. It'd never make it to the skin b/c Purple Ginseng leaves that film. That's one of the more important points. The balm created a barrier, so it was not an effective option unless you wiped it off w/a cloth first. It's meant to rinse, but does not.

Id say the vast majority of skin influencers and especially derms highly recommended it for anti aging purposes & for daily use in general (then you dont have to worry as much when driving, going outside for a few min, etc.), but technically, windows only allow UVA (aging rays) through the windows. Its recommended to always apply spf as the last step of your morning routine, but most important if you will be outside or by a window.
Lab Muffin has an amazing video regarding this topic. To sum up you don't need to put it inside if you are far away from windows and sun light. But I highly suggest to watch the video of Lab Muffin Beauty Science. It's super interesting
My derm suggested naturium. Way before i knew the brand belongs to susan. That speaks volume. Look at the ingredients. Not the price not the brand. I mean if i own a label, why would i not use it, recommend it, love it, marketing it?
I love hearing about the Naturium products because I tried them and love them and want to know more about them and obviously they are going to be your favorites if u made them to how u wanted them.
I’m very skeptical of retinol because it has been linked to the development of cancerous tumors in multiple studies done on animals. It’s not conclusive, but that possibility for it causing tumors makes me uncomfortable.
Susan knows that she has a captive audience to push her products under the guise of a “mixed makeup” topic. She’s dealt with credibility issues from the beginning, so the continued lack of honesty and transparency is not surprising. But the obvious tactic of “sliding in” her own products in every video deserves a collective eye roll.
How do you keep a tinted sunscreen on your face without setting it with powder, so that it does not spread to clothing and face mask? I want to use tinted to block the blue light as well as uva/ uvb, however I find it to be a lot more work to keep from spreading, especially when you want to just throw it on to work at home on your computer without putting the effort in to be dolled up. Any tips? Advice?

Hi ! have been following the morning routine of vit C, Clinique 100 hr moisture surge, clinique tinted spf 40 sunscreen and night face wash , apricot oil then after 20 minutes retinol .02%. my skin is looking so much better. As one ages applying a cold pressed face oil in night will surely benefit...please do a vlog on oils for face like rosehip, sea buckthorn, jojoba, apricot etc. In India we have KUMKUMADI TAILAM an potent blend of oils for night time routine.
I'm obsessed with the Elastoplast Wound Healing Ointment. It's a vegan, humectant-rich ointment with glycerin & panthenol that has done wonders for my lips. Within 5 minutes my lips feel noticeably more hydrated, and after 2 weeks my previously cracked lips were healed & smooth. The texture starts off like plain petroleum jelly, but it has more staying power (I think from the ceresin). Not officially sold in the US but it is available in Mexico, Canada, Australia, South Africa, as well as several countries in the EU, SE Asia, and the Middle East. In some countries it's sold under the Hansaplast or Curitas brand, but it's the same product.

But the obvious tactic of “sliding in” her own products in every video deserves a collective eye roll.
yep she has ZERO credibility to me. She's not a dermatologist, just an influencer and i will never buy anything from her. I watch this for Dr. Ellis.
Any tips? Advice?
She brought up, lupus! Purchasing that Helio product. Thank you!
What about an affordable skincare favorites? I’d love to try these out but I just can’t afford any of it 😫
Can we talk about things that aren’t your brand all the time
Nice videos, I’m using Antioxidants 💊 they are no popular here in US but really common in EU or LATAM I’m also wearing lately HelioCare pigment Sunscreen is really good, pretty innovating company 👌🏼
Do you get the same benefits from a retinol cream compared to a retinol serum?
I can't use Eltamd anymore. The zinc dries my skin out so BAD.
Love your videos Susan 💛
I love that you recommend naturium !! I love the products and it’s nice to know you use them and how you use them
Respect, Sam Ellis
Please try SkinBetter Science Alto! It beat the Skinceuticals in clinical trials! I love the clearing serum too. Their technology is next level
Yes! It’s weird that skinbetter science has never been mentioned
@@RosaSukkerspinn9 I need everyone to get with the program here lol
Drmtlgy spf 45 is hands down the best spf I have tried. It's also affordable. I highly recommend.
Great video, I would like to try some of your skin care
Are there any other skincare products besides retinoids that are dangerous to use during pregnancy?
My holy grails would be Jlo beauty blockbuster cream, DRMTLGY/Elta tinted sunscreens, and Ceraves salicylic acid wash.
wait what retinols are ok for breastfeeding moms?! pls expand ive been waiting for years now to get back on the retinol train thinking I just had to wait until I was done done having kids and nursing! Ive been skipping out for more than 3years now!!!
Isntree green tea toner (super moisturizing), SC CE Ferulic and Bondi Sands SPF body or face (I think it’s the same thing and smells like honeysuckle)
Love that sunscreen too and the price 🥰
In Europe we can't get Naturium! When are we going to be able to get them here?
I just wasted 16 minutes of my life. It literally felt like a video just promoting Naturium products. I’ve seen those videos multiple times and enjoyed them. Was REALLY looking for different products to learn about.
I click to see the drop box to see what products she’s hustling before watching …. No need to waste 16 min:)
Thanks for sharing I’ve read that you have to moisturizer after if you use chemical sunscreen what do you think both of you look amazing
Idk where u read this but u dont ‘have’ to
No, sunscreen is always the last step in your morning routine.
Just bought naturium vitamin , love it!
Dear Susan,
Just to confirm the Retinol complex from you brand can be used during the day correct?
It can! We encapsulated the retinol so it’s still stable and won’t breakdown in the sun.
Dr. Sam ~
I thought Renova was discontinued? What do you think of Altreno?
Naturium shoved down our throats. We get it. You have your own line
Love your lip colour. Which one is this ???
My holy grails are Paula’s triple repair serum and 20% niacidamide.
I’m on my second bottle of Naturim retinol. And another niaciminde
People acting like shes doing too much for including her products are weird??? she has so much experience with skincare… so if he started a brand of course shed synthesize everything shes ever wanted??? Ive used her Salicylic Body wash and its fucking amazing???? and i hate that im abroad im europe bc i cant reach for it easily like i did when i was in america
I really want to try the Nuturium products but it’s not available in japan :( any idea when you’ll be able to ship internationally (esp in japan)?
Holy grails? Most of mine are super cliche in the skincare world, but classics are classics for a reason!😆
*Paula's Choice 2% BHA
*Stratia Liquid Gold
*CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream
*Clinique Moisture Surge Auto-Replenishing Hydrator
*Differin Adapalene
*CosRx Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence
*Timeless 10% Vitamin C
*The Ordinary Argireline and Rosehip seed oil
*Ulta Gradual Tan Self-tanning drops
Stratia Lqiuid Gold is my all time fav. Then I moved to europe and it's so expensive to ship hard to justify the price :(
Susan you need to try the drmtlgy tinted spf 46 it’s so similar to the elta md Uv clear tinted but like half the price. Elta stings my rosacea but I’m obsessed with the drmtlgy one. I bought 2 this am 😂
I love your cleanser and the plant ceramide cream
When is Naturium coming to the UK?
Soon!
Hi ! have been following the morning routine of vit C, Clinique 100 hr moisture surge, clinique tinted spf 40 sunscreen and night face wash , apricot oil then after 20 minutes retinol .02%. my skin is looking so much better. As one ages applying a cold pressed face oil in night will surely benefit...please do a vlog on oils for face like rosehip, sea buckthorn, jojoba, apricot etc. In India we have KUMKUMADI TAILAM an potent blend of oils for night time routine.
Do you like the Clinique Vit C?
@@rebeccayoung1833 I use something called VC 15 from cipla pharmaceutical company...clinique 100 hr moisture surge I love
Purito deep sea water cream - simple & straightforward, think the big yellow Clinique bottle moisturizer, but better ingredients & more affordable!
favorite duo
Please make all products from Natrium available in Canada.
Dr Sam love your bracelets where are they from???
Karen Lazar! Thank you :)
Thank you for making your holy grails reasonably priced!!! I ordered a few of your choices and can't wait to try them 💓
I really wanna try Naturium but it's not available in The Philippines. I don't like buying online though.
her products are well formulated, no frills, effective, non sensitizing, and AFFORDABLE???? what is the issue
You look stunning 🤩
