  • Hi! I’m Jes, a mama of toddlers, a loss mama, an Endo Warrior, and someone who believes human connection can heal us !
I’m starting my RUclips channel with no experience, and learning along the way! I can’t promise all my content will be endo/ hysterectomy related , but I can promise I will always be authentic, and have real conversations about the stuff that’s hard to talk about , including loss, grief, parenthood and being a human !
Thank you all for the support so far! If you want to chat with me privately, here’s my contact info !

It's about 4 weeks since my surgery, and I totally feel exhausted 😩 can't wait for the energy to return so that I can do activities I used to do.

Me too! I had a total hysterectomy Jan 21st and I'm so exausted and drained! I also have insomnia😢 I pray all this goes away for both of us and we can feel back to normal soon🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Im going on 5 weeks post op on Feb 8th. I just started moving around a little by little at 3 1/2 weeks. But, exhausting is right so I can relate. My doctor said, that I will feel exhausted from time to time cause my body had alot of trauma to it. But, for those that read this just listen to your body.

I want to comment more, but I am exhausted. April 2/2020 will be 4 weeks since my laparoscopic full hysterectomy. I'll be back!

@@jes44444 Hi! Thanks for asking :) I feel like such an old, lonely soldier in this....Yeah they all love me, but I still have to do everything. I did too much on Friday...groceries alone. It has taken 3 days to recover. It was like a shocking super work out. My whole body ached for days. I guess some strength has returned post surgery. I was reflecting that I don't feel as extremely tired as I did before. I am thankful. I am trying to get my work outs going again. Feeling a little bit like myself although so many parts are missing now. I think some B-Complex would be good, and if I can get some iron from food.

@@jes44444 I actually feel a sense of loss. I feel kinda angry about the surgery. It is a bit of trauma. But there is no one to really talk about all that to. My husband says he feels traumatized by my trauma, which is somewhat comforting. My 5 year old grandson says I should lax (relax) in his pillow /cushion swimming pool and put cucumbers on my eyes! It may be silly but I feel like I was was abducted by aliens. Oh gosh ...I am rambling ....I am thankful....they found nothing, but they still took everything, and I don't know the full ramifications of all this yet.

Hello how do you feel now? Has your energy returned?? If so how long did it take? I had a total hysterectomy Jan 21st, 2023 and I hardly have energy for anything. I am 48 yrs old and my daughter is 18 so no young ones to take care of like you but I feel so alone in this, I hate not having energy! And on top of that I have insomnia😩
