Sega Outrun 2 SP Bootup ( Video before System Sold )

This is the bootup process of two Linked Outrun 2 SP(s) booting from CF ( no GDROM) . The Li-Ion batteries are either dead or missing, so Game Assignments are not saved. CF Cards were encrypted to match OR2 Security Keys.
