Nice recipes, i would eat any of these , but i prefer the 1st one with meat as i am a carnivore & i prefer some kind of meat in or along side the dish. On the lasagna i would add ground chuck, 80/ 20, & on the 1st one you should sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning on each side of the pork chops, i know, i know, but trust me it works & kicks up the flavor.
