I would have cancelled if that one order took 30 minutes if I was already waiting for the other order personally. Wouldn't be too pleased waiting that long because one unrelated restaurant is taking it's sweet time fulfilling orders.

Deliveroo updates the customer before we buy to tell us that it would take 1hr wait etc. if the Restaurent has a lot of orders or is slow. So if they still get an order, its because a the customer has made an informed decision.

As above, motorcycles aren't strictly allowed in them (they were a very long time ago apparently, but there were quite a few rider fatalities that lead to them not allowing it). Were it down to me though, I'd give those boxes back to motorcycles, and make it legal for cyclists to skip red lights if they give way and don't affect traffic that has a green light (considering both get broken, and in reality they're minimal impact to anyone unless done really inconsiderately)
