Hello @edtvofficial, apologies for the late reply. Renewing our visa usually follows kung what’s in the contract so for example with our new company our contract and our visa is for 2 years and if our current company decide to renew our contract with them, they would start processing it a month before the initial 2 years expire. It would also be at their own cost. Pero if you are transferring to a different company and your current one hindi magbibigay ng NOC/release letter, you need to go out of the country before your new company can start processing your employment pass under them.
