    When do you consider a drop set? I usually do it when i am not able to crank out atleast 5 reps in ny last set and usually do it in my last exercise on machine. I see that you are using it in every last set

    Jeet Bhai, while doing overhead barbell or dumbell for triceps, I got intense pain in elbow ligaments so I left doing overhead.. Kya fir se start karna chahiye??

    Sir, Mujhe 2 muscle (chest&triceps, back biceps etc) ki workout khatam karne mein 90 minutes lag jate hain jiske baad mera kuch karne ka mann nahi hota or mai chahta hu ki abs bhi train kar pau isliye Aap kuch idea dijiye jisse mere abs bhi train ho or baaki muscle bhi.. please sir 🙏

      bro additional benefit is you can more stretch and control on inclined db bench press with comparatively lighter weight and feel more contraction on concentric movement.
