My sister got into a car wreck that impacted her memory and it was difficult explaining a lot of 2021 to her.

She's good and I tried to tell her all the good stuff but when she asked if our grandma and grandpa visited her in the hospital I knew I had to break the news (again) that our grandfather passed from Covid and it was hard watching her go through that pain again since he was our best friend and basically our dad

Most hospitals are still not letting visitors in to see patients so the fact Trey is even in the room is a miracle.
My mom had knee replacement. They let 1 person in…per day.
He should be wearing a mask.
Various members of my own family have been in the hospital many times (not Covid) and they were allowed one visitor a day in some hospitals. Some hospitals didn’t care and let multiple people in. I did have one child who had a bunch of complicated surgeries and they would only allow me or my husband. I stayed cause kids want their mom’s when sick. My poor husband sat in the parking garage for days. He didn’t want to not be close by in case of a complication or something bad happened. Poor guy. It was really sad.

@@charzard1000 we’re you referring to me? Yes they have restrictions. As long as you follow them, it’s all ok. The exception for me was made was during a not bad cv time and i was in the icu for neurological problems. My kids were allowed to see me. Maybe I didn’t state that clearly enough. I try to be vague.

Sad but true story: I went to high school with a girl who died at age 16 just before the madness. February 1st 2022, it'll have been 2 years since she passed. She was genuinely happy with her life and passed peacefully in her sleep, glad she never had to deal with any of that malarkey.
While I appreciate your sentiment it is important to note that for anyone feeling down, life gets better. There will be rough patches, sometimes quite long and deep, but you can ALWAYS find something to pull you out of it again.

I was eating a piece of bread when I heard "I don't know, Taylor's version!" and I almost choked. Then I had to take a minute to cry-laugh before I could continue the video. This video just shows how much has happened this year, enough that it feels like 2021 has been another decade all on its own, and Trey's final breakdown about the Greek alphabet was very relatable.

2021 was by far the worst year of my life. Having two surgeries, losing my grandmother, traveling across the country, (.U.S.), due to my surgeries and moving. My school year being tossed in the crapper. Living with my brothers room mate for six months. I have had so much stress and anxiety it’s not even funny. I block out most of it, but I still think about how much has happened to me and my family. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had a big turn around the past two months, like moving closer to family, living in a bigger house, and even getting a drum set that I’ve wanted for over two years! I don’t know how I’ve stayed sane lol.
Anyone else have crap year?

This was the FIRST Trey video that I have ever watched that I couldn't finish because I just could NOT find the humor or even crack a smile. It's not Trey. - Trump was banned from Twitter finally early this year due to mounting evidence that he helped incite the insurrection or whatever so he was banned for life
- when dude starts asking for a pillow, like a booster it was an "unwitting" reference to the booster shots people are now getting for COVID and then mentions the word inflation to prop his back up in which trey says something about the economy and prices going up everywhere
- followed by a "doge coin" investment joke, this is a cryptocurrency that started as a joke and worth fraction of a cent that's now up to between 16-24 cents at any given time
- end COVID jokes: Delta variant, the very new omicron variant, etc -- after dude says WHAT HOW MANY VERSIONS ARE THERE, true lists off delta and omicron and what's next Taylor's version (in reference to Taylor swift getting the rights to all her own songs finally and her rerecording them in the studio, the rerecorded songs have "Taylor's version" after each title so you know which is which)
