I remember when I was a kid playing SMW for the first time and entering my first Ghost House in Donut Plains. Now mind you I’m eight years old playing this level in the middle of the night with my older cousins listening to a theme music to perhaps one of the most terrifying stages in the game for a kid at my age That was years ago and to this day I had always put in my mind that most of the ost in SMW were by far the best themes I’ve ever heard until Mario 64 and Galaxy came next but that haunted theme music from SMW got stuck in my head triggering my PSTD of that green bubble and the Big Boo That being said I never thought that Nintendo would find a way to remix that theme and make it EVEN more frightening until now. I swear it’s like a cross between Five Nights at Freddie’s and Pennywise just waiting to grab and drag you into the abyss
He took advantage of the fact that boos only move when you are not looking at them. RUclipsr Ceave Gaming made a tutorial on how to make a don’t look left level, if you want to make one you should watch that.

Easy. They used a boo with a muncher on top. When Luigi looked left, the boo chased Luigi, but the muncher set off a hidden bomb omb which set off a on off switch, causing the ground to break

So you put a muncher on a boo, then put it in a small box with 4 squares of space, then you place a bomb on the same level of the muncher, so when you look left, the bomb will explode and activate the on/off switch. Or you can use a p-switch so the ground will turn into shiny, but deadly coins.
