There is something to be said about simplicity- often more complicated than complex flies as there is nothing to hide behind. Beautiful fly Davie!

Very nice fly. Davie. I'm only used to seeing flies tied on hooks. A great video as always. Many thanks.

Davie, everytime I watch you I am amazed. You have taken fly trying to a whole other level. Gallery art! It seems a shame to get the flies wet. Thanks for sharing your talent.

Hi, some people say that fly fishing is an art , but I think the art is in tying the flys, that is a beautifully made fly, nice video too.

I did enjoy it, Davie... thank you.
As with your other salmon and sea trout flies, when I see them I feel I ought to do that kind of fly fishing... would get me around the flies more, and that would be fun. It's kind of a long way to an ocean from here in western Wyoming so I'll likely not get to it. Still, the enjoying of the idea of it is there, and that's fun too.
    Mike

This fly is surprisingly good for zander on big russian rivers such as Oka and Volga.

Very wel done Davy. Simple and effective fly. I was wondering if you have a pattern for up-site-down flyes for dropshot fishing. I can offcourse use plastic, but making your own flyes is way more fun! Thnx in advance.

Great salmon fly mate. But I think are small mouth would nail that in a heart beat. How short would you go to for crappie or other game fish? Best Regards, Ken
