Yep you are correct, it was the most lop sided rap in ERB history, and a lot of criticism was thrown at this one when it was released for that reason. Hate it when Peter and Lloyd throw their personal political ideologies into their rap battles, they do not do it often but this is one example.... despite that... Hulk STILL won!
Also in the political ones during the election...
The trump vs clinton one was very lopsided as well, because half of trump's verses were disses against himself

Late comment but yep, thats it exactly. We didnt have any problem with the rap battle until it ended with cait getting a triple verse with no chance for rebuttal from hulk. Up till then it was pretty fire. And even with the extra time hulk still smashed with his first and second short verse.
I agree. I think Banner won based off of the actual content of the raps and not the length of time given to each to rap.

the only bomb for jenner was 'couldn't protect your father from your dad', but hulk had a lot more bombs and personal attacks.
I remember the controversy to this and Jenner getting so many lines. However, Hulk hit harder so it didn't matter in the end.

The main reason why I never liked this battle is its very obvious ERB made this political. they avoided any type of diss with the hulk that could be considered offensive, they even made sure to say "oh its totally fine with who you are" and then gave Caitlyn a huge extra section. its so obviously a political statement. I just... its the same way I feel about my video games or movies. keep your politics out of it

Honestly, it makes sense that Jenner had more lines, to choke in a rap battle is to forget what you are going to say, and the line "Hulk not strong enough to deal with denial" would indicate that no matter how strong he is physically, the trauma he experienced as a child, which is referenced multiple times would cause Hulk to get upset, a lot, so naturally, he would forget what to say and wouldn't be able to continue

I do agree with the fact that Banner didn't get to say one more thing. This si supposed to be an all out no holds barred rap battle. (See how bad Clint Eastwood dissed Bruce Lee if you haven't already.) The truth behind why Bruce Jenner started wearing a dress. This is alleged, but... He got drunk and drove His vehicle and got into a hit and run, then He became the Trans "Hero" He is today and didn't serve any time what-so-ever.
Bruce didn't need the rest of the second round he killed it with the whole "she 18, Hulk Smash".
Hulk/Banner smashed this. This is one of the ERB battles where you can see the clear bias for Bruce/Caitlyn. Hulk needed one more verse but it doesn't matter. Bruce Banner came with the gamma research in the first verse and then Hulk smashed it.

I do understand the "SJW" environment thing in America and all, but this is ERB, they got famous of a Hitler shower joke.
The ending of the battle is biased and makes no sense. Props to them to not fall into cheap transphobic jokes (Even the painted face one: make-up skills can be bad), actually that played a part into winning for Hulk. The Hulk's last verse is hilarious. Cait's last verse was long drawn out garbage.
They could have easily cut the first half of that last verse and it would have worked way better. I think they do it when they have to make up for a particularly brutal verse, like they did with Cleopatra vs. Marilyn Monroe when they gave Marylin that extra verse.
If this battle wasn’t making a political statement it woulda been one of the best, it started off great

Yeah, this is probably one of my least favorite battles because of the reasons you said at the end, it felt kinda one sided like they didn't give each character the same amount of time..like, both Bruces had good lines and were the same, but then Caitlyn got a ton of time at the end with Hulk barely saying anything..which was in character but bad for a Rap Battle.

i mean to be fair erb either had to choose between making her like regular rap battle dropping bombs whatever and have the terfs get angry because "this is a perfect example of how brutish and mannish transwomen are" or make her like kind and forgiving and disappoint the battle rap fans, and i feel they did *try* to strike a balance, and while i think it didnt really pan out, i do appreciate the effort. also unlike a lot of other people i think caitlyn won. but of course that may just be my trans ass talking lol

If I'm not mistaken the cousin line is a reference to the she-hulk not him having sex with her, Bruce lost his powers temporarily and could then have a relationship. Someone really in to comics could correct me or add to it.

It’s a funny battle but by far the worst battle ERB has released because it was based around a political statement. That’s why Jenner got an entire 1 and a half more rap time than banner/hulk.
