It's hard to compare a single barrel against a batch, Old Forester barrel proof varies a TON based on the warehouse and floor.

Picked up a Smoke Eye Hill CS a few weeks ago and I was surprised how good it was, wish I got a backup. Those OF sbbp bottles are pretty tasty also 😋 Cheers 🥃 💯 👍

Absolutely. With Smokeye Hill being newer to the scene, it hopefully gives someone confidence in pulling the trigger blindly on an $85 bottle or helps them avoid fomo because they want that complexity that old forester gives, even at the higher price.
