With humanity and compassion at the core of their existence, Tibetan people have initiated a number of people-focused initiatives and NGOs across India. From care centres to nurseries, this series of films produced by Tibet TV under its outsourcing project in 2019 will explore functionings of self-reliant civil society network and individuals in uplifting members of community.
