    I like this guy. Sounding like you know what you're talking about is very important. I didn't understand much of what he said but I feel like I could completely do the surgery while he's at lunch 🤣

    I have one of these according to the latest radiologist's assessment of my most recent MRI to determine what is causing visual and hearing disruptions. This type of cyst can potentially explain my temporary visual disruptions, but those are not nearly as common as temporary deafness. Nothing else was discovered in the MRI. The last brain lesion (a benign calcification) punctuated by a dark or as I understand it "hyopsensitive" response in T2 MR radiography was not visible in the latest series.
    I am left to wonder what else is not able to be seen using the lower resolution MR hardware and imaging techniques being used thus far. At least every time I tell the doctors something seemingly absurd, they actually are finding a plausible pathogenesis for my problems. That makes me feel less _psychologically unstable._
    RUclips doesn't like me using the "c" word... to describe psychological instabilities, any comment which contains that word (at least published by this account) is deleted by YT.
    Censorship is... really, uh ...fun.
    Anyway, I sincerely doubt this cyst is causing my much more frequent bouts of remitting deafness, but it's nice to know it might be the reason I see my temps spike periodically up to 103°F (and sometimes much higher) throughout the night every night around winter from 2018 to 2021. Why did that awesome problem disappear suddenly? I have no clue, but I should be happy recent spikes in temperature have been far more mild, typically remaining under rather ominously below or at 100.4°F.

      They definitely need to order a dynamic mri of the pituitary with a t3 machine for the most optimal imaging

      I have this. Awaiting neurosurgery due to irregular hormone secretions, headaches and vision problems

    I have a question if you leave the cyst in there as it's growing can it cause death?

    • @katebain3805
      @katebain3805 5 месяцев назад +3

      If it were to keep growing. There would be an increase in symptoms such as: pituitary dysfunction, head aches and vision problems such as double vision and loss of peripheral vision. The cyst would push on places like the optic chiasm and other areas of the brain before death would occur. Lots of time to recognize symptoms and seek treatment

      @katebain3805 how often did you take follow up MRI after the diagnosis? I have the same and have been suffering from headaches but not much changes in vision.

      @@zinab2blessa I did it recently. I can't do it very much sadly due to money but I recently just went to the emergency room because of my sudden urges to faint and vision and a lot of pressure in that area. Sadly they couldn't tell me if it grew or not because I got there to late in the day. So I don't really know if it grew. But my scans have been years apart my first one was maybe 5 or 4 years ago. They say your suppose to come in at least once a year for a scan if you plan on keeping it.

      Thank you for answering. These tests are expensive indeed. I did not know it has to be checked yearly. I am glad you at least got it checked. Just always ask about the size of it so that you can compare each time. I would also suggest saving up every month for the MRI/other scans and try to get it done once the amount is complete.
      I am suffering from severe migranes that last for days and it got worse late 2022. It started after I got co19 and it was dismissed as sideeffects and stress related. I did not get an MRI before my eyedoctor noticed some changes then they told me about the cyst. I am referred to a neurologist and I am on the waiting list still(it's been 6 months now). Thungs take a long time here because it public health care.
      Sorry for the long rant. It just feels nice to find someone I can relate to ❤️ I pray things work out for you
