Just installed mine, my air filter didn’t even have the Vance and Hines logo stamped on it. It even referred to the logo in the installation directions. I mean, are they really hurting that bad on production costs? I’d cut them a break if it wasn’t for the fact that I have to buy a legitimate cover as well. I’m definitely knocking them for that on a review

How often do you replace the filter? Or is it one of those that gets cleaned and reUsed
You can buy a K&N refresh kit and do it every so often. Just determines how it looks. Im selling it used on eBay. Lmk if you're interested.

I think you missed the rubber gasket that goes into the V shape connector

I no longer use this intake. But yes. A constant hissing noise is present.

Nope. The ECU will self adjust. Just drive easy for like 4 miles etc. Then eventually it will adjust and you can get on it.
