I have had the Express for a couple weeks and LOVE it. Probably the most comfortable holster I have ever worn. The only reason I selected the Express is because I didn’t want to have to order a new shell as well - or to take the shell off of my regular EDC holster. I am SO SO happy with this purchase! I have been wearing this even in instances when my previous favorite holster would have worked just fine. What a great product!!!
Slow clap. Spot on. 👍👍👍 The Express isn't an upgrade, it's just a different product for a different customer. I find they wear about the same for me at 5'9" 150 lbs.
@@XtraCryspy Is this comment for me or Armed and Styled? :) If it's for me - super comfy once you get your adjustments figured out. I've done 14 hour road trips in it. If the comment was for A/S, she just did a video on how to carry comfortably while driving. That'll help! :)
I've had my enigma express for a few weeks now and it is not living up to the hipe. It's made from quality material and the magnetic clip and chasis is awesome. The problem is the phlster holster is uncomfortable due to its length and lack of a wedge. The claw doesn't effectively draw the grip in and I'm seeing some printing. The built in claw on the phlster holster for my Spectre Comp just doesn't have enough bite and I have to tighten the enigma belt to an uncomfortable point where the grip is pressed so tightly it hinders my draw and requires two hands to reholster. I have other AIWB holsters from Bravo Concealment and Tenicore. These holsters are well made and effectively push the grip into the body without hindering draw and holstering. I would recommend finding another quality holster to marry to the standard enigma.
Doesnt the enigma require the removal of the wing/pad that is supposed to push against a belt to fix the printing issue? How would another holster solve the issues you are mentioning? Curious since I was originally intending to get the same package you did. Which gun are you using?
@@user-se2xg7tq5u I have the enigma express. The claw is built-in. I was using it for my Sig Sauer P365 Spectre Comp. It's a small gun and the holster that comes with the Enigma is small also. I don't recommend this holster. It's well made but poorly designed. The holster has dual sweat guards which requires you to use extra caution when navigating the muzzle into the holster. I'm a fan of ingenuity and I think the Enigma is ingenious but it needs some fine tuning. The company doesn't have a way to offer suggestions.
I just ordered the Express for the P365 from Big Tex Ordnance with your code. Thank you. I’ve been looking for a holster I can use when running/working out. I’m not a fan of belly bands since most don’t protect the trigger.

The sport belt is definitely a lot more comfortable for me. I can wear it directly on my skin. About half the time I’ll wear an undershirt just to keep the gun off my skin though.
Can you compare the size of the faceplate? I’m small too and I have the original enigma with the low pro buckle and I enjoy it a lot. I attach the faceplate to the belt in the most narrow holes.

I’m confused. In one video you said that you cannot switch the holster out on the express, but this video you said you can take the holster out if you want to switch guns

PHLster highly discourages frequent holster switching, but if you were to need to permanently switch holsters b/c you switched guns, then you could purchase just the Skeleton holster for the new gun and switch those out. The blog article will explain that further though.
