Hi, usually part-timers are college students or those with a full-time jobs that want additional income. I don’t really recommend such since buyers and sellers won’t get the best real estate service. Also, there is ni guarantee that the part-time would be able to get his commission fee. As for quotas, it would depend on the company or the real estate broker 😊

Ang risk kasi na kapag binayaran niyo na, wala ng pakialam ang seller kung na-transfer ng maayos sa pangalan niyo po.

Brokerage fee is 3% of selling price 😊 For due diligence, a lawyer may do it. For title transfer, it’s best if a real estate broker does it 😊
Pwede yung wholesaling basta may malaking capital ka kasi depende rin sa market condition kung makakabenta ka at mataas din ang tax. Kailangan meron ka ring ready buyers at investors 😊
