What a fighter! Pernell was just too fast and furious for this guy. His opponent had a great chin and the stoppage seemed premature, but watching this guy get used as a human punching bag the entire fight would have been cruel!

Even at the tender age of 20 on his pro debut, Whitaker just oozed class.
