  • Nothing quite beats the taste of fresh fish cooked over hot charcoals. Whether you're cooking on a fire at the beach, or over charcoal grill at home, this is a magnificently simple way to Cook Your Catch. Drizzle fillets with garlic and butter, or cook whole after rubbing in some salt for a crispy skinned finish. We promise you're in for a treat if you try this Grilled Fish recipe at your next BBQ.
    INGREDIENTS
    Whole fish or fish fillets/cutlets
    Soy sauce
    Lemon
    Garlic butter
    Salt
    Rosemary (optional)
    METHOD
    1. Prepare a fire to gill the fish over about 30 minutes prior to allow it to burn down to hot coals.
    2. Slice the fish fillets down to the bone every few centimetres
    3. Rub salt into skin making sure to get into the grooves for flavour and crisp skin
    4. Rub soy sauce into both sides of fish
    5. Place whole fish onto grill and allow to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until fish is cooked through, turning in between
    fillets:
    1. Prepare your garlic butter by melting butter with chopped garlic
    2. Cover fish fillets in salt, lemon juice and garlic butter
    3. Place fish fillets onto grill and cook until cooked through (usually 5 minutes each side)
    4. Add rosemary into char griller to enrich the flavour of the smoke
    5. Serve with favourite side dishes

    where can one purchase a grill like yours?

      It’s a chimenea if I’m not mistaken. I am from Mexico & they sell them for close to nothing. I do live in the states & they sell them for a bit more. They have different types, some are rounder/wider at the bottom & get narrow towards the top. Google it for more info ✌🏼

      It's just some fancy clay thing rich people have on there lake houses it's not really a grill
