Chasing Conditions, Wild Snowdonia

- A day of changeable conditions photographing Snowdonia, with heavy rain in the morning followed by a beautiful sunset on top of the Welsh Matterhorn.
I was joined by Ellis in the afternoon and I would highly recommend that you check out his images from both Snowdonia and further afield, a beautiful portfolio of work.

Cheers mate, decided to cut the music at 1 minute, maybe it didn’t work though. 😂 Think the sudden cut later in the video was because of the short length of footage which didn’t allow for a smooth transition. 👍
Hi mate. Great video again. I was sat there thinking, in that first image the fence was going to be in from where the camera was. Glad it wasn't, it was such a nice image, perfectly framed with the trees! The misty lone birch was superb too but the sunset shot was a blinder! WOW!
Thanks mate, was a really good day with a typically mixed bag of Snowdonian weather. We took a risk with the mountain walk and it paid off this time, couldn’t believe our luck.

Nice one Marc....I parked up at Ganllwyd on the way home on Thursday but had a sudden change of heart and headed on down to Dolgoch instead, nice image. Cnicht has a special place in my heart and will always be one of my fave Snowdonia hills methins - I have done 2 videos from there. Lovely atmosphere and with those conditions I thought you might have shared more than one - the one you did show was fab mind. atb Alan
Thanks Alan, Cnicht is probably one of my favourites now too, feels like it’s far bigger than its size and the views are lovely. Decided to sit on the one composition for most of the evening to get the best out of it, not a great deal of foreground options that worked with the light up there.

climbed snowdon as a scout when i was 13, good memories!
It’s a beautiful area, Snowdon is a great walk.
