Orsen Krennic? HIs initial apparence (like Darth Vader) is right off the start of that film and you immediate knew he's was the villain,
What about Baylen Skoll? he had a very good initial appearance, just like Vader and Kilo, he appeared right at the start of Ahsoka and you knew he was the Bad guy for this series, more so than Thrawn in some respect.
As for #1, I disagree, Palpatine didn't have a grand initial appearance in A New Hope (a Hologram and impressive, I say not!), and we really didn't see him until the ROTJ. Darth Vader's by far makes "The" grand appearance, in my opinion, had the #1 impact when you go back and view the series in theatrical order. Darth Vader is still considered to be the best villain in movie history because of the initial appearance. Compare that to the initial appearance of Palpatine, it's a no-brainer. Kilo would be #2 for the same reason.
Now if you were ranking Star Wars villains as far as how bad they are, by a Grand Slam World Series Win, Palpatine would be #1. But your two-part series is based on the "INITIAL" appearance, not ultimate villainy.
Great video non-the less. Great background for each character and enjoyable to view. Great refresher. I hate ranking video, everyone has their opinions, better to just have the topic in chronology order or some random or topic order and let viewers decide for themself.
    Suggest:
How about a video of characters that became villains (Wullf Yularen, Barriss Offee, etc) and villains that had redemptions (Ventress, Boba Fett, Iden Versio, etc).
    Best
    Tony.
