Sir but i think original jurisdiction high court mei bhi to hai jin cases mei high court ko lgta hai ki unka effort hona chahiye is case mei, wo district court se HC dekhta h provisions k sath aisa pdha tha maine 🤔🤔ab sahi ky hai wo bta iye?

I don’t think inter state water disputes are included in original jurisdiction, according to Inter state water Dispute Act 1956. Do correct me if I am wrong

India is not quasi federal but it is federal in nature.. Prof. Wheare examined quasi federal but it has been seen that though India's federalism is not as the federal structure followed in America, but India is federal in it's own good and unique way.. Hence India is not any less federal than America.

These are Kothas, from District Kothas to High Kothas to the Supreme Kotha; where judgements are given favouring the religion which produced the Mujra Kothas.
Supreme Kotha of India will that cite secularism has to be maintained when Hindus demand return of Gyanvapi after Hindu motifs and artefacts have been found in the survey, but ratifies an unconstitutional non-secular law made on the basis of religion called the 1992 Minorities Commission Act.
