Tell me your Costco finds and what you typically buy. Always looking for new items that match what I would typically eat.

I always get the fair life protein drinks. It’s like 18 for $36. $2/bottle but super handy and tasty and better than the bulk powder.

Yeah that is pretty good and a great option on the go and taste good.
I typically buy Dymatize fruity pebbles online at Costco but not online anymore as of a few days ago. Love that one as it takes amazing with water and ends up being around $1.36 for 25g. So delicious, and yes even with water.

I also get a lot of these products at Costco! How do you normally consume the greek yogurt? Are you able to get it all before the exp date?
I love to buy the LiquidIVs when they go on sale and the ON AminoEnergy with electrolytes. Very good for hydration when going out for cycling. Costco is amazing lol

Awesome and l love Costco… my home away from home. For yogurt I do 340g of that one, 2 scoop dymatize isolate, 1/4 c of oats and then 1 cup or so of frozen blueberries. One of my breakfasts. That is doubled so can do half of what I just said.
My bro loves liquid IV but I still have a bunch of tablets from another company.
Definitely need to keep on top of my protein intake to keep building being 46. The struggle is real and at times being a natty and only back lifting for 1 year now after a long time off.
