Unlucky Morpheus is the best progressive metal band in the world right now. It’s a shame that their management does not allow them to tour very often outside of Japan or they would be world-famous in my opinion. Hopefully with the reaction videos the word about them is slowly getting out to the masses. It would be huge if someone with a large platform like Rick Beato would come across their music and take a deep dive and possibly do a video on the Japanese metal scene. Many of the great musicians in the world right now are in Japan. It seems like they are single-handedly keeping progressive metal alive in the world. Too bad there are not more bands in the west that would have followed the lead of groups like Dream Theater and been inspired to take it to a new level
The Japanese music scene is incredibly rich
Unlucky Morpheus is one of the most underrated band.
Saw them live in London at Metal Matsuri ... it was out of this world.
Unlucky Morpheus are just a bunch of friends that enjoy a type of video game and play music really well and do music to go along with the game and also metal music. They are happy that they get to play together and some people are will to buy some of their stuff and go to the concerts. On Saturday just gone they did a live stream of their last Blu-Ray, the one this video was from, it was only announced the day before, they were supprised that there were more people watching the stream than had been at the live performance. The thing is that they don't have a label, they released and do everything themselves, so they don't have any promotion and when they sell their stuff it's only in one or shops in Toyko. They have just/or about to releas a new live Blu-Ray and you can only buy it from a book shop in Japan, or get ripped off on Amazon, they tweeted out not to buy from Amazon and how to buy it from the book shop. The only promotion they seem to get is people asking reactors to react to them, so reactors like yourself are doing them a service.
I would worry about getting sucked in by the music, to me that's the best reaction you can get.

Fuki's voice is Fuki-ng amazing! It's worth checking out her other bands as well, Light Bringer and Doll$Boxx (where she teams up with Gacharic Spin), and also her Fuki Commune/solo stuff.

I too recently found out about Unlucky Morpheus and did a short reaction to them as well except a different song with another band joining them on stage. I must say this is amazing. At 3:42 that violin solo is so epic, and guitars are superb. her voice is totally dominating here for sure. At 6:26 total chills what in the world is happening? they are so talented man. Great reaction, will be watching more of your videos for sure.

The singer Fuki is just awesome, her vocals add just the right element to any song. If you like her she's been in a lot of projects over the years; Lightbringer, Fuki's Commune, DOLL$BOXX. DOLL$BOXX is a side project of Gacharic Spin (four girls) with singer Fuki. They released an album called "DOLLS Apartment" and the second song is called "Take my chance" - this is a put-on of what it takes for a new group to make it, playing at small clubs, hoping to attraction attention. My opinion, Fuki is the best female metals lead vocal from Japan, bar none.
The bassists is just normal guy between all this FF protagonists :D

Guitarist Shiren, is a 妖精帝國(you-sei-tei-koku） guitarist, was the first god of BabyMetal and later founded UnluckyMorpheus with Fuki (vo). Please confirm that this song is playing in reverse in the second half.
