I’ve been doing Core on the machines for 3 years not in Charlotte I live in WY it’s a great workout that has made me feel 100% better. If anyone has body pains or areas that don’t feel the best try it, it works. It’s also made me a better driver I feel both physically and mentally.

I can remember a trip that my family made to the Grand Canyon. Take my word for it, it's called the Grand Canyon for a very good reason. Words cannot explain what you will see when you go to see the Grand Canyon.
Anyway, we did hike at least a part of the Grand Canyon. It lasted most of the day. That was when I learned that it is almost as difficult to hike down as it is to hike up. It was very much worth it.

I don't live in the Midwest, but every time I go to the Midwest, I make sure to visit a Menards or two. Menards is a big supporter of many forms of auto racing and John's son Paul raced for quite a few years. Menards is probably the only place you could go in and walk out with a new front door, a gallon of milk and a new pair of pants.

I did a lot of core work in my mid fifties. Twice a week was the recommendation in those days. I was in the nest shape of my life then.

That is actually something I do on a regular basis... Try to syke my mind up and get into whatever it is the wife has planned. Not that it isn't any fun, but her activities and mine, are two very different things. If I don't take the time to prepare myself, I am in a world of trouble. I tell her something similar, when we do something I want to do. I tell her, if you don't want to go, don't. I won't hold it against you. I would rather you be honest and tell me you don't want to go, then go, and hate the experience the entire time.
I call it pre-gaming. We are men. We have to do these things. It's part of who we are.
Edit: Mike... Ya gotta do it for the show man... For that matter, you should get your guests to go have some fun too. Imagine Chip Ganassi in a cryo chamber? That would be AWESOME podcast content. Mike, you know this man. It's all about the content. You'd be doing a real solid for the show....
