I watched him grow from a boy to the man he is today and his dad would have been proud. The way he handled his personal problems with his stepmother was stellar with the upmost maturity, He has grown into an awesome man. I was happy to see that he knew when it was time to retire and start a family. He is in my view a true champion!
@@caseymcdonald4431 For sure. He had every reason to bash Teresa every chance he got but didn't. He literally let he make herself look awful and fail. That's awesome maturity.
Come on no mike, we're all just immature little boys. I'm pretty sure I have my 5 year old beat, mama just shakes her head. Happy new year, take care young man.
Such a likable guy. Humble. Very smart and articulate. He always seems to have the precise words to express himself with clarity and honesty. Authentic.
I already respected Dale Jr, but my respect for him just skyrocketed when he said he believes everyone could find therapy helpful even if they think they don't need it. It doesn't have to mean something is wrong with you, but having an unbiased set of ears to listen to you can be immensely helpful.
I never thought I'd say this but I like the retired Dale Jr. better than when he was driving. He's such an interesting person and his podcast is one of the best.
being famous and being in a position of influence is a huge responsibility and the fact that he speaks candidly and openly about everyday people's problems shows how much he's grown up and realizing how he can seriously help and encourage others aka millions of nascar fans and millions if Earnhardt fans! well done dale we're all human and all have issues regardless how fast we drive!
I’ve gained a ton of respect for Jr. over the last few years. He’s a great guy and he’s had to overcome a lot of adversity throughout his life. It’s sad that he wasn’t able to have those years with his dad, because it seemed like things were coming full circle. I feel like he was robbed of some great years with his dad.
Dale is the best advertisement for the potential benefits of therapy I've ever seen. If we could all learn how to be as open, honest, thoughtful, and kind as he seems to be, this would be a much, much better world.
He's my hero....just like the people who looked up to his dad...i hung on to every word and every lap....every qualifying session, every practice and that's the emotion i miss of watching him race whether it was good or bad...hes my hero thank you jr
Love you for accepting and recognizing problems within yourself and successfully working on improving. Hope your book helps others deal with similar problems.
Hey DJ, You are very fortunate. The roots of Amy's support to you after your concussions is a very strong foundation of true love. After my concussion, I wish I could have had someone as supportive in my life. I can tell the Earnhardt's will Thrive.
I respect and admire Dale for getting help and healing old wounds. Graham is a great interviewer and never interrupts who he interviews (like Oprah does).
I used to love him when he was racing for DEI and JR Motorsports, but I have a brand new respect for him, admitting his problems, and being so open about it. Admitting Immaturity is actually one of THE BEST things that you can openly admit....
As a man in my mid 30's I've been to several therapist over the course of my life. They're lots of mediocre and bad therapists out there a good one is hard to come by! But when you find the right one, regardless of what you need one for you won't initially see the results overnight but keep going and working on yourself and overtime you will see improvements with yourself across the board. God bless Dale Jr. and Amy, it seems like their therapist has done wonders for them!
Dale Earnhardt Jr. is actually quite intelligent. Very honest and his podcast is hilarious sometimes. And his compliments to Jane. Damn true Southern gentleman.
Having seen alot of videos of them both together I've always been like...damn they're perfect together I would never even thought it had been like not good for them but kudos to them for working it out it takes guts & love. Dale is a good guy & hes a lucky so in so lol because Amy looks like an angel with personality so they have it all. I wish yall the best
How important a job of being a good dad to your children I've seen this over and over in my life its one of the reasons our country is in the shape it is.
Man talk about an interview that’s helped me figure out a whole lot about why I’m a terrible person, and concussions will make you act the way Dale was acting because I go thru the same thing it’s really hard to deal with and not let affect you or your loved ones!! Hell of a man to take all the blame 👊
An insightful interview. Thank you for sharing. Our problems can follow us wherever we go. The awareness and tools counseling provides is helpful in personal growth and relationship building. Sharing his experience Dale Earnhardt Jr. invites others to experience similar benefits and rewards.
Dale Jr... 'Mr. Humble'... hands down his best character trait. Pay attention guys (and gals)... listen... real stuff here. Take it in... look inward, self-evaluate. How polished are you???
Dale, the disadvantage you have is your wealth. You have to ask yourself if this person is around you because of your wealth or because they like you for you. An old saying “if you want loyalty, adopt a dog from a shelter “.. Therapy is good!!
Very interesting. I am glad Dale has Amy and can admit he has issues and was able to seek help. I wish he had met her when he was younger and had married her when he was younger. I mean when he was like 25 or so. I think she would have been good for his career. I believe he would have won a championship or two and a lot more races had he had her. Or for that matter any woman he loved. My wife is a wonderful person and without her, I wouldn't be what I am today. For Dale to admit he was childish and actually did something to change it makes me admire him even more. I hope he does well in retirement and always has the love of Amy, his children, and friends. Dale was one of the nicest drivers in NASCAR as far as I am concerned.
I think you TWO should concider marriage counceling/ retreats- etc- to Help Others -- I'm serious . Oh the miles & miles you've faced- delt with and continually Over coming- Growing--- yea- you TWO are perfect--
Im confused, Amy told him that you wanted a bf/gf relationship, that you wanted children. That she yield at that snd told you that if you wanted to be w/ her and wanted kids you would have to marry her because of her faith.. Anyhow..
ya know Dale.. i had a very difficult childhood.. whether it be bullies in school or parents that divorced when i was 13 you name it.. i love my wife i love my kids and i work my ass off every day of my life to make sure they are taken care of.. i work 7 days a week alot to ensure my wife and kids are good.. my advice to you is grow a set, man up, not everyone was born with a silver spoon in their mouth and be a fucking man..
THIS IS NOT BRAIN SURGERY ... He was shunned by Daddy until Daddys friend suggested to give his boy a shot. Then Daddy warmed up. The ramifications of all the BS he dealt with as an ignored son by Daddy. THEN... in walks a pretty woman who ends up marrying the little boy. The little boy who never made the transition BEFORE meeting AMY to manhood. To ...maturity. SO AS FOR JANE, THIS IS NOT BRAIN SURGERY. HE NEEDED TO GROW UP, AND DID IT WHILE MARRIED.
I have really come to admire and respect Dale, Jr. And, I appreciate his openness about therapy. But, his (now) wife was married to another man when she and Dale, Jr. got "together"...those relationships rarely work out. I hope Dale, Jr. has a pre-nup.
Losing your dad would be tough but having a dad that leaves your mom and gets with another chick in a wewk then takes care of her 3 kids while ignoring me and my sister is worse i think. I wish my old man died then i wouldnt have to wonder why he is like that anymore.
Jr! If you want your marriage to work put God first and pray daily about it. There's nothing wrong with seeing Jane but don't put stock in her. She can correct, guide, inform, help and all but nu uh.. It's so much easier w/ Jesus
It takes balls to admit you're an immature child inside, and then grow out of it. Respect to Dale

BadAssEngineering especially the way he was raised with the type of father he had. Big man you have grown up to be Jr. kudos to ya.
@@caseymcdonald4431 For sure. He had every reason to bash Teresa every chance he got but didn't. He literally let he make herself look awful and fail. That's awesome maturity.
I agree, I think he also got to a point where didn't want to repeat some of the things he saw growing up with;
Dale I admire you for having the guts to tell about your shortcomings to the world and show us how you grew as a man! Great job we love you Dale!!!
totally agree
Hey Dale, I'm 74 years old and I still catch myself acting like an immature kid with my wife. Thanks for being so open I certainly admire that.
Come on no mike, we're all just immature little boys. I'm pretty sure I have my 5 year old beat, mama just shakes her head.
Happy new year, take care young man.
Dale is probably the most real famous person I've ever seen
This is sooo good. Who would've ever thought Dale Jr. AND Amy would open up about their lives so much. Thanks for letting us in.
Such a likable guy. Humble. Very smart and articulate. He always seems to have the precise words to express himself with clarity and honesty. Authentic.

Dale, you have such humility and a loving heart...

We all could use some "polishing up". Well said!

Terrific interview. Thank you Dale and Graham! Great advice for anyone.
I have a Jane that helps my marriage also. I listen to everything to everything Jane recommends. Jane is my wife.
you & Amy are giving each other and your family the greatest gift
Love you for accepting and recognizing problems within yourself and successfully working on improving. Hope your book helps others deal with similar problems.

Great Interview. It takes a good person to realize they need help and seek it. Never let pride stand in the way of happiness.
I have a whole different outlook on him after watching these interviews. Dale seems like a down to earth guy with real world problems.
I respect and admire Dale for getting help and healing old wounds. Graham is a great interviewer and never interrupts who he interviews (like Oprah does).

I'm an old guy, and I don't say this lightly, but I think Dale is a one of a kind person! He has matured into a really spectacular person....
Wow this guy is one of the best famous persons I have ever seen. Im taking notes.
I have so much respect for Dale now after watching some of these clips.
Awesome interview. Enjoyed all the segments on the playlist. Very personal, and quite informative. Thanks for sharing!

I love his openness and can sorta relate with him. We’re both ‘74 models lol and have a lot in common. Nothing but respect.
all of us as men need to strive to be more like dale in this interview
Cameron Sipka - Yeah, if this is your role model then you may want to get out a little more often.
@@heavenstomurgatroyd7033 Why?

It was your upbringing. Glad you got it figured out. My husband was the same way JR.

Graham is an awesome host and Dale Jr. is so open and honest. Wow, just great stuff!!!
My boy Graham is featured in a TMZ Sports article

Man that's cool of him to share this stuff. I wouldn't mind talking to him but it's not like you can just pm him on fb.
Nice one Dale & Amy ❤
Great job Jane 👏
damn, 19 videos about dale jr in a single day.
jr is probably the classiest act in professional sports today
Jane is EVERYTHING!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Humble man...
God Damnit Jane!
Amy and his sister are two women that love this man dearly. I love Sr., but he was not the best role model. These women are his saviors.
Dale Jr... 'Mr. Humble'... hands down his best character trait. Pay attention guys (and gals)... listen... real stuff here. Take it in... look inward, self-evaluate. How polished are you???
Graham did you and your husband take couples therapy? Thanks love your videos honey!!
I’m not a nascar fan at all, but this is an amazing interview.
Respect...
I really need to talk to Jane.

Same..
I keep wondering if her name is Mary Jane tbh
Me too I need to talk to Jane
Jane says she’s done with Sergio. He treats her like a rag doll.
I heard she got a gun..

Ford Super Duty - The adult version of that is if you want loyalty you have to be loyal.
No. Jane is not the reason you and Amy are together. She helped you. But you and Amy did all the work. Kudos to both of you!

Thanks, De. Patooty...🙄
JR. had a lot of pressure on him because of who he is and too find the perfect women and Amy had pressure because of who he is.
sounds like jr just invested in a therapy business. what he describes is just what relationships are, in reality.
🙏💚

Jane could be Dale's alter-ego...
It's Jesus that gave you hope thru Jane💕💕💕💕🕇💐
Dam he is describing my wife and I we are separated now and I love her but somehow we can't stay together maybe I'm an immature child inside
My wife and I need Jane
This guy is a winner off the track. Face it......His father screwed him up big time.
leaves his ego at the door

Why not try Jesus Christ for your problems I belive in Jesus for our problems matbe you shouldt marry till you get your own mess straighten out
Good way to make money. You had the right to be upset.

To be honest, if you need a therapist to marry and keep your marriage going, you married the wrong person.
Utter bullshit.
