I honestly wish "Modern Family" was not included on this list. WHY?....because that show was NOT about LBGT or LBGT issues or movements. They all had a prejudice of some kind, and they all showed how to love and how to forgive even when they were hurt. MOVEMENTS don't like and Modern Family embraced it to amazing heights. To even associate them with a "LBGT" type things is actually taking them a step back. They were a PEOPLE/FAMILY thing!!!! Everybody made fund of every group of people. Everybody found something they loved in every group of people and everyone asked for forgiveness from every group of people. They showed so many stereotypes were not about hate, but just about what people had simply experienced so far in their lives. That was so dam powerful!!! One of my favorite lines in the entire show was when Mitch and Cam got caught eating at the place their friends were picketing and they were embarrassed about it. Cam got frustrated and said "It's hard to keep track of what we are suppose to be for or against. We are just trying to make it through this world, raise our daughter, and get her to soccer practice on time." Dam near brought a tear to my eye. @@marcosnonatoFirst and foremost thanks for asking. To me A "group of people" and a "Movement with said group of people" are TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS and often time will part ways and become two different things over short period of time. Anything we do goes and ANYTHING that questions an action we take is our ENEMY and must be destroyed. ...and I say this as a black man...MANY of these so called inclusive movements almost always find themselves ending up becoming the EXACT THING they claim to be fighting against because it becomes so easy to ignore when you are not being forced to adhere to your principles but rather just the end result that you want. I was someone who was a HUGE supporter of LBGT rights as far as pushing for the idea that you could blind fold me and ask me if a person should have a right or not and I could tell you without knowing their race, gender, orientation, etc... but the modern day movement has really become something totally different. They have become the very thing they claim to be fighting against, ...but their end goal justifies the actions because they are not holding themselves to any other standard but the end goal. I feel in many ways the LBGT movement has become the same way...but most in it will never see it. The moment a movement feels it is compelled to have to fight just by the very fact that someone disagree with some aspect of what they said or are doing.....it becomes something different. This is not function of black, white, lbgt, etc....it's a function of mankind. HUMANS do this, but for some reason many act like ...humans do this, but not blacks, not women, not lbgt. Brother and Sisters, Scotty and Kevin it was a great story of one families full acceptance and the unfortunate reality that another family didn’t embrace the relationship due to religion. Not all weddings are happy endings
We've got another to add to the list :'). 9-1-1: Lone Star, TK and Carlos. Story wise, it's the perfect end on this chapter of their amazing journey. Impact wise, it's a gay, biracial, Catholic and Jewish wedding, officiated by a black trans man, in Texas. With today's climate, I don't know if it could have come at a more perfect time.
stef and lena the fosters so romantic along with glee and grey's anatomy love the fosters weddings so pretty carol and susan from friends just unique and different but stef and lena so amazing
So many beautiful-looking ceremonies with cute/awesome word from the offificates. I notice, though, it's odd that it looked like the one in Lucifier was just an intro. Granted I haven't seen it yet (so I gave myself a spoiler that a wedding will take place in Lucifier), but it's interesting that's all it was. Not on the list, not even an honorable mention
My top choices Carol & Susan Friends David & Patrick Schitt’s Creek Brittany & Santana & Kurt &Blaine Glee (First time I’ve seen this clip & it is beautiful! I stopped watching Glee after Season 3.)
David and Patrick deserve to be #1 - I haven’t seen Modern Family but I get the impression that Cam and Mitch really aren’t all that. David and Patrick, however, have a beautiful, healthy relationship. I get it, though. Modern Family is more popular. Fine.
When I heard about #9 for the first time I was so happy but I wasn't happy when I saw the controversy it created in case you forgot the episode was never aired in Alabama but that's probably because Nigel and Patrick weren't related to each other
I cried when I watched the Schitt's Creek wedding. God, that was such an emotional scene. David and Patrick are such relationship goals.
I'm upset there's no Gallavich in this list, not even in the honorable mentions. It was 10 years in the making, after overcoming several prison sentences, homophobic fathers and so much more... Ian & Mickey (Shameless) definitely deserved at least a mention.
Yes totally... this was a super meaningful mariage, so long expected !
Gallavich??? After everything they went through to get to that point, I think they deserved number one.

I think it's because these are all primetime regular tv shows that they didn't throw them in
Britanna and klaine's wedding is one of the best things that happened on the show
I love the list and I’m glad Cam and Mitch are number 1, but what about Ian and Mickey?
How did Ian and Mickey not even get an honorable mention?
It's crazy to believe that Carol and Susan's wedding was almost not aired by NBC, considering how tame it is by today's standards.

My favorite is Captain Holt and Kevin’s vow renewal from Brooklyn 99.
Alec an Magnus's is so wholesome and being performed by Jem 🥺

@@adencuzican9401 exactly!!
Alec and Magnus’ marriage deserved a proper spot in the list, they’ve been a “full-fledged” proper (power) couple for the whole series. 💖💖
I’m praying Glee is on there because that should be number one. And also not as memorable but Degrassi with Ashley’s father.
Glee is number 3, love that episode!
What a wonderful list! 🎊👏🏾Love is love, no matter the form it takes. 🏳️🌈 David and Patrick's is definitely my favourite! 👬💘
And No matter what month is it!!♥♥💍💍💄💄💋💋
Avalance deserves some recognition, too. They married in the literal face of adversity, and it saved the world.

I expected at least an honorable mention 🥺
The fact that Gallavich isn't on here BAFFLES me

Exactly
How can you not include the Gallavich wedding from Shameless?!?! This video is in serious need of a re-upload!!!
This list was so satisfying
Missing: Angel and Lil Papi "Pose," Ian and Mickey "Shameless," Will and Sonny "Days of Our Lives"
kevin and scotty's from brothers and sisters too
ANGEL AND PAPI’S WEDDINNG MADE ME CRY SO MUCH IT SHOULD HSVE BEEN ON HERE!!!!
HOW COULD YALL GIVE MALEC AN “HONORABLE MENTION”!!😤😡
I have the same question. It's so sad. The Malec wedding is honestly the best. Along with David and Patrick's.
Um, hello?! No Gallavich?! What's wrong with you, MsMojo?!
I literally came here because I was so certain gallavich would be on here.
Sara and Ava's wedding from Legends of Tomorrow
Holt and Kevin's wedding from Brooklyn Nine Nine
Seeing Naya Rivera still makes me tear up.
RIP Naya Rivera speaking of Glee! 😓💔
David and Patrick’s wedding was the perfect way to end the show
No. This list is incorrect. Ian & Mickey are number one.
Not putting them here when they always top other lists seems intentional and annoying.

I read the comics and they shared a kiss in the first one. The comics are still ongoing so IDK maybe we might see a wedding in the future comics.
Nomi and Amanita were the best part of Sense8! I love them so much!
Ian and Mickey shameless
I feel like Malec deserved more than an honorable mention, even if only because their wedding paralleled Alec's aborted wedding, the one he left and chose Magnus over. It really shows their growth :')
Sarah Lance and Ava Sharpe In DC's Legends Of Tomorrow
