I lived in South Korea for three years and saw these puffing machines in action. I bought some of the puffed rice, crushed it, and used it for light coating on pan fried foods. Machines like this could put commercial cereal makers out of business. Imagine freshly puffed, locally sourced grains - no fancy packaging needed. Better still - bring your own container to the puffing location and take it home!
