I low-key wanna try thrifting so bad but my mom believes it's icky and unsanitary, which yes, can actually be true at times; however, that's literally what the washer machine at home is for 💀 At the same time though, I can understand where she comes from because clean new clothes that we actually know are in *our* size are way more comfortable. I just hate that shopping can be so expensive though. Like deadass we are literally a low-income family, thrifting was made for people like us, and we live next to so many thrift stores, so what's stopping us? 😒 It also sucks how none of my friends are interested either. I just wanna thrift and chill out for once.
