🤣 i lost it when Charles was just standing there and all of a sudden he says we might need a coupon🤣🤣🤣 and I think giving your parts two random people that order off your website is fantastic, one of your fans might get a signed iconic piece from one of your episodes, could inspire a future father son or daughter to hold one of the pieces in their hand while watching the episode you guys are Epic
18:00 that chem dip us primarily made to clean carburetors. You let the parts soak overnight then neutralise it with water. Its pricy, but it does a great job
Great content guys, keep it up. I've heard some people commenting about the broken crankshaft as being made cheap Chinese material etc. But tbh I broke a few cranks on old Briggs and Tecumseh engines as well, it's a stock crank and they're very well made very stout engines, the stock crank was never meant to hold up to the added hp and torque of a modified engine.
I think for the million subs, it would be cool to go old school /throwback with a twist - make a go-kart using a 20 something hp v twin lawn mower engine, and do a horizontal - vertical shaft conversion. Kind of a use what you have project, but with the addition of being more hp than a small one cylinder, but something that needs some kind of interesting work to make it usable, rather than sticking with pulleys etc
Remember that motovox minibike you guys had like 7 years ago? Well I got an engine from one and it wouldn’t run for the life of me. So I decided to completely tear it down and I found a break in crankshaft right where you found this one. Turns out it is a common problem on those 80cc engines.
About freezing the bearings. Get some air duster. And a heat gun. Heat the case with the gun. Then hold the air duster upside down and spray the bearing. It will sharing it enough that it slips right in and you don’t have to wait.
i have used that chem dip for 50 yrs its great . my bucket is a 5 gallon size with a basket it holds about 3 gallon at most . ive used it now and just add to it ive had to replace the bucket twice
Those light visible wear marks on the piston are completely normal for any motor being used. As long as the lines don’t catch your finger nail or you are able to feel them you’re fine. Send it.
18:30 the easy way is to cut the gov arm about 1.5 centimeters long and keep the tabbed part on it. Put the tabbed part on the outside (so its impossible for it to drop in) then use jb weld as the “glue” to hold it in place.
My first small engine was a 196cc hisun! Did mild build and don't think I'll get rid of it! Awesome work. Test it for me so I know how much I can add to it lol
Friendly advice . Please put a chain or strap around that gas bottle . I have seen one fall and break the valve off . It went through 2 cinder block walls and ended up 200 ft into a field .
Congratulations Ike your the only other person besides me I have known to do that to one of these style of engines, i ended up rebuilding it and named it Frankenstein Because I put it back together with All of the best parts I had.
Always order parts AFTER you finish disassembly, it'll save you a lot of headache! Otherwise, I'm glad our MB200 is back on the road!
With the oil, people run diesel oil in flat tapet cams because it still has zinc additives
Now a stage 4 build for the motor
I just knew it, I told wife who's not paying any attention, what about the piston and cylinder. But you know that!

I've been watching since the rat rod radio flyer wagon build. So cool to see how far the channel and community have come. Rock on!
I use a cold or hot water pressure washer to clean engines and engine parts where I work, we modified an old shopping cart, we put the parts in, and blast away, it works really well.
Who knew there were high performance brigs and Stratton look alikes,I love it.
Don't know why but I really enjoy watching yall do what you do.
Remember that motovox minibike you guys had like 7 years ago? Well I got an engine from one and it wouldn’t run for the life of me. So I decided to completely tear it down and I found a break in crankshaft right where you found this one. Turns out it is a common problem on those 80cc engines.
Charles is a good addition to your team he explains thing well ,
Thanks Charles well done
How have you guys not hit 1 million subs yet
I've been a subscriber for a few years now
I always can't wait to see what happens next
Love the videos got up the money and built the 196 off my Coleman because of y’all
About freezing the bearings. Get some air duster. And a heat gun. Heat the case with the gun. Then hold the air duster upside down and spray the bearing. It will sharing it enough that it slips right in and you don’t have to wait.
I find it refreshing when your buddy Charles is around. Great video :-)
I took a screenshot of 8:57 for personal wallpaper.
Thank you.
It looked like it got hit with a metric $4lt ton of NOS.
I miss NC this time of year.
That exhaust sounds great, throaty and not too loud.
i have used that chem dip for 50 yrs its great
. my bucket is a 5 gallon size with a basket it holds about 3 gallon at most . ive used it now and just add to it
ive had to replace the bucket twice
"Its making a Full Half turn". Priceless.
I always add zddp in all my small engines. Cheap insurance, I got a feeling you guys are going to start using it too....
I love the videos with the camera person in it. Having Charles in there too is great as well.
Awesome video guys! Love the longer videos. Would love to see a bloopers video!
Thanks for sharing.
Didn’t realize go power sports came out with a new quick release crank journal. Can’t wait to test one out when it hits the market.
The princess bride quote Mawidge. Good one John.😉
