I'm not going to lie. Your iron / villager trading farm is way above par!!! I have built this in my survival world. I have built your cow farm, your cobblestone generator, your basalt generator, and a few others! Your work is very inspiring! Thank you!!!
as a bedrock player i have never been so ecstatic to see videos exclusively on how to make bedrock farms. it is so insanely difficult for me to find farms that work perfectly for bedrock and arent insanely overcomplicated (unlike some)
Thank you for _not only_ listing the chapter timestamps but providing links to all the tutorials! I never thought I would need a gold farm but I've just completed my iron farm and trading hall and now I need a bunch of gold to make golden apples, to cure my traders.
Gold farm is OP early game, first thing I do with my first set of diamonds is make a diamond pickaxe so I can get obsidian for an enchantment table and gold farm. That way I have enough xp to get fortune 3 on the very next set of diamonds I find
To me, the “best” farms are survival friendly, simple and efficient. Now, that varies depending on how far along you are in your survival world. There are a ton of super simple but not the most efficient farms that are great for early game, which you can upgrade to the super complex, tons of items per hr farms once you’re in late game (meaning shulker boxes for building mats, elytra and rockets for maneuvering, etc.) That doesn’t mean you HAVE to upgrade your farms though, cuz there’s plenty of designs that are pretty simple yet provide enough that you may not feel the need to upgrade. For example, the overworld portal tick gold farm. Super simple to make, and produces a TON of gold, especially if you make a smelting system for all the swords (trident killer version) (also smelting is a preference, you can just incinerate the swords if you don’t have enough fuel, still produces a ton of gold) So, I guess what I’m gettin at is it’s all preference. The “best” farms all depend on the version you play on, how far along in your world you are, how many materials and time you want to invest in building the farm, and how many materials you want to get out of the farm. For me, I don’t feel the need to make those redstone heavy, super complex but produce thousands of items per hr farms. I don’t need that much. But then, I’m not building a model of NYC in Minecraft either lol.
Just found your channel the other day when looking at storage room ideas. Premium quality content man. Great builds plus great farms! Having recently switched to Bedrock, this is now my go to channel
I'm surprised to have a few additional farms that aren't in your video: raid farm, snowball farm, chorus farm, slime farm. Some of these might be worth making in your next season if you want to mix things up. The slime farm also can use iron golems to kill the slimes, which is just as fun as the magma farm
For anyone in the late game struggling with food. You should build a farm in the sky in a mooshroom biome with 4 platforms and some nether portals. I designed it myself and now I have 9 shulker boxes of cooked beef
I'm new to Minecraft and still only in early game. Currently working on a villager breeder and my first iron farm. My first two farms were a manual kelp farm and a basic tree farm, and those have been immensely useful for getting fuel, saplings, and wood for my planned building projects. Looking forward to building more of these as I build my world.
Sure, some of these are must haves for me. Others I have lived without for ages and will continue to live without. I like your reasoning for putting the Stone Generator by the Gold Farm. You could put the Basalt Generator there too, for the same reasons (plus you would have great colour range, from the almost white of the Smooth Stone to the darker Top/Bottom of the Basalt). I personally think Bee Farms are higher on the list, and that was before Copper. But I don't bother with Super Smelters, I use converted Villagers as my Glass Farm. I don't need a lot of Glass usually, and if you Mend your Tools while buying Glass (and selling stuff to get the Emeralds of course) you can have a stockpile of stuff in case the mood strikes you to build a Glass House.
Agreed on the glass from villagers. Anyone here who has a decent number of librarians probably already has this available. Any time I need to mend something I head over to the trading hall and pick up a few stacks of glass. Sure beats digging up the desert!
I didn't understand the fortress farm. If there are specific places in bedrock where the mobs of fortress that spawn, why is there any need of spawnproofing? And if you did it for the purpose of efficiency then simulation distance could really help in this type of farms. Btw no hate for the farm i know you did it just to avoid piglins to spawn. Other thing, that xp bank you built should be close with your fish farm. This will give you opportunities to build a kelp farm for fuel and fish for the food slot in the smoker. Get enough smokers for kelp to turned into blocks and more smokers to turn those fishes into cooked ones (throw the cooked fishes as they are of no use after they are cooked and to reduce lag) make the farm good enough that the spawns are instantly dead and keep up with all the smokers. This will give x amount of exp in x amount of time (i prefer to do an overnight test and i don't know what the rates are because it depends on how many smokers that you added) and to build it in a chunk to avoid the loading.
@Viraj mobs spawn quickly at some locations and slowly elsewhere. You still have to block the other spawn spots or they will clog up the mob cap and kill your rates
These farms and the layout I'm newish the start of video your base is so smart I'm new watched hundreds of videos on farms trying to figure out how to put as many farms I can together so I can afk and get iron farm gold farm and food farms and couple other with one afk spot and this video gave me some amazing ideas now just figure out how to make it all look pretty and covered up in a really cool build amazing video
3:06 RIP Fish Farm in 1.18, if they don't revert the change that fish only spawn at y50-64 18:35 The bug that makes Magma Cube don't attack golems got fixed on the latest beta ☹️
The bamboo farm for all that easy wood lol one of my favorites. There's also the farm mumbo jumbo recently made on bedrock that basically collects the blocks from the deep dark by killing miss with fall damage and storing them in a massive cube you can either blow up with tnt for xp or mine for xp
6:40 Hey Prowl! Tridents DON’T DESPAWN! The tridents are 30 or so blocks below the killers! ( depending on if the blocks are air blocks or not.) It’s a bug, and has not been fixed yet.
I started playing bedrock for the first time since minecraft xbox 360 edition because my uni mates wanted to make a server together so I started up a realm I have no idea how to work around the differences between this and java so thi video will help me a bunch to put together some useful farms for me and my friends
everything sounds good until you realize how much work you have to do to get these farms running especially for a player like me that needs to watch farm tutorials to build my farms 😂 i really need to learn redstone it just seems so complicated
the second problem is finding where to place these currently trying to map out where i should place my iron farm, villager, breeder and zombie converting station for a trading hall that i haven’t even built yet 😅
My favorite is iron and tree farm. Cannot imagine my survival world without these! What I miss and didn't find any good tutorial for is a raw chicken farm. RUclips is full of cooked chicken farms tutorials but raw chicken impossible to find.
The only difference to get raw chicken is to put a slab (I think) in place of the lava. Chicken grows up and suffocates in the slab instead of getting cooked in the lava. I did this then ran the raw chickens into an XP furnace. Unfortunately, even with 30+ chickens it's slower than manually farming potatoes in just a 9x9 farm.
For the spawner farm: the first one I made used a magma block to kill and had a hopper chest collection system really efficient and effective early game
The best farm for me is the most efficient. And what i like to build the most is the item sorter. And the two farms i can't see without in my world it is gold and iron farm. By the way when we will get the world download?
Im just away from home booting on my old ps3 and i just wanted to check out what to do, bedrock is just so much extra and more complex than java, im just looking trough my old worlds, man the nostalgia

I would build all the bedrock farms. Love them all. Just thought of a farm that might not be able to be built, a ghast farm. Would be interesting if it could be done.

For the lava farm, you could instead of placing a lava bucket on top, a cauldron instead with a potion inside. It becomes a potion farm
No love for the cactus farm? Lol.
Sadly they made Magma Cubes hostile to Golems in the beta that dropped yesterday.
It looks like the magma cubes can’t harm the golems though? At least that’s how it appeared in silentwisperer’s video

Depends on the state of the game. 1 minute in the best farm is not the same as later game when you're making cosmetic buildings or farming withers.
That flower farm can be used to make blue orchid suspicious stew with a brown mooshroom cow which is arguably the best food in bedrock
