I got a bit into those little contests, i found a quick way to get O2, on the second run, you passed by ventilation, what you can do is enclose it with armor blocks and place your seat in that space. If the vent is not working and you have ice, you can rebuild the vent directly on the O2/H2 gen and then enclose it, way easier than finding and making a bottle. Can even connect directly on O2 tank if no ice. Would have saved your second run. Was entertaining, you have a nice voice and commentary is good.
Hey Dave i'm sure in watching your footage back and you've noticed that on the 2nd spawn once you got safe behind the ship that you got your priorities wrong. You did establish that there was only one interior turret and you'd offlined and destroyed it that was awesome but after that, in hindsight the exterior turret turrets were not much of threat. probably should of : 1. located H20 gen location 2. remove progression steps by building what was strictly necessary 3.sealed the room containing the room with the air vent which was right next to your point of entry to the ship. 4. checked H20 gen had connect to said vent and attempt to pressure the room. Bare in mind i've not played S.E that much myself and my on the spot thinking and arranging said priorities is not great. so maybe the making a bottle tactic would have been easier i'm not that familiar with progression system and if you'd ignore the exterior turrets i think you would have much more time and had succeeded but it's easy for me to say watching after, doubt i would of pulled it off first time. I think this is actually an awesome bit of brain training this challenge and also doing damage control or crashed ship survivor scenarios gettings you practicing that on the spot priorities and decision making. P.S i remember being able to turn on a GPS marker on part locations but i'd guess you have to be able to hack and access them first but after you had that would help you navigate a twist wreak of unfamiliar ship i little :-) awesome video i'd watch every no suit attempt you make.
Im doing an alien world with splitsies assertive mods. Got a small grid hydro miner into orbit looking for uranium... Stumbled on a hidden pirate base so i captured it there were enough resources on board i did a basic assembler and refinery. Its to the point ive decided to abandon my base after i go back and grab everything ive refined. My pirate fortress is going to get some upgrades like large thrusters and a jump drive

Keep up the good work.
Just hook up a cockpit to the O2/H2 generator, throw in some ice & done.

fix the conveyor tube under the interior building in the asteroid base and it should connect the oxygen tank to the survival kit
also in mining base fix conveyor that are leading to the oxygen farm outside connected to the med kit inside to get o2
