Thank you for sharing!! I got super lucky in that i bought a new build model home. My garage was their sales office to it was fully insulated, drywalled and painted. It also has heat and AC 👍 I just installed a slatwalls and look for more storage solutions:)

Romex should not be run in conduit.
Depends on conduit size/ampreage and if it's a wet location.
I would have penetrated the wall differently though
Romex is allowed in conduit. Just have to know what your wire fill is and derates.
