Baking Brownie (Muffins!) During a Snowstorm.

I thought my son needed a small reward for all the snow shoveling and plowing he'd done all day. He loves brownies!
I used a large chewy fudge brownie mix that I already had on hand and changed a few ingredients and added a few more ingredients . . .
I added 2 eggs
2/3 cup melted butter
3 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Stir together - but don't over mix
Then stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips of your choice
1/2 cup nuts of your choice
I filled mini muffin tins (that I had sprayed with Pam)
Baked them in a 350 degree oven for approximately 18 minutes.
Check with a toothpick or cake tester until it comes out clean.
Cool and enjoy.
It made 3 dozen mini brownie muffins.
They turned out great, and Andrew loved them.

It's very cold and the ice layer made it hard to shovel, and the roads are awful. But other than that, we're enjoying it! We had to get the car cleared off (twice) we have a chemo appointment tomorrow morning to get to.
