    If you’re a martial artist, whether you’re a boxer, a wrestler, a judoka or a grappler, consider yourself lucky. Because any lack you may have in physical capacities can be compensated by superior technique and strategy - luckily for you, those are all trainable qualities.
    We all have genetic limits when it comes to strength and endurance, and we can only increase them this far. But strategy and technique is never ending, you can always become better in this department.

    thank you for this bro I'm 17 in Jamaica and hope to go overseas to hire a good coach and do kickboxing professionally, I now have a blue print on what to do , for now I'm going to keep training 👊🏾💪🏿

    I got a question, this quarantine I want to perfect my technique in wrestling, but I don’t know we’re to start, I also want to ask I really get lazy during training, do you recommend anything for me to stay focused on training and not be lazy

    I just discovered your channel and I have to say you have some excellent content! The advice you give in this video as you said could really pertain to any activity you want to improve. I'm not a professional athlete I am a martial artist and I work out daily and seek to improve myself because I try to live as though I am an athlete! I was also a professional musician for many years and I still play as a hobby and I still want to improve and the advice in this video is some of the best even in that Realm! Thanks again!
