  • Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
    This is a full body pilates workout to strengthen your core, upper and lower body while also gaining mobility and flexibility.

    These moves are so challenging for me. I hurt all over and feel embarrassed but I’m not giving up!
