Steven was a mellow champion, overall. The one thing that made him stand out was his use of Steel-types. They have almost no weaknesses, and almost everything that isn't a weakness is not very effective. It makes him a formidable opponent, and his level head makes him worthy of the champion title.
What makes him such a good champion is how mellow he is. When I face him, the fact that he’s so calm, cool, and unflinching is what really shows his strength and power. He embodies the Steel type perfectly in my opinion.

@@Megz_X4 I went through that exact transition. My favorite was gen 3 cuz my first game was emerald. But slowly I started liking unova and at one point unova became my fav leaving hoenn behind. It's still a close second tho

Steven was a nightmare to deal with. Bieng horribly underleveled and unprepared, Kyogre and my vibrava were the only reason I had a chance along with like 17 revives.
honestly the metagross alone is a total run killer when it comes to nuzlockes. not an east champion in my opinion. he's no cynthia but still. that woman is on a whole other level.
