Thank you ") I'm interested to get in the field. I'm still researching new areas in the market and deciding on whether I can the subject knowledge for those areas. I'm not interested in offering general PD workshops in areas like soft skills, communication, leadership, conflict mngt, etc.

I forgot to mention that I have my BA in HRM and MA in Education and Leadership. So far I have worked as an Office Manger, Program Coordinator and Event Planner. The latter one is what I enjoyed the most but def not Office managing.

Yes! I would look into joining a local Toastmasters club. They are great for getting practice and gaining confidence in public speaking.
