Perfect timing for these constantly growing electricity prices in EU :P
Thanks man I'm lucky enough to find this video just in time, now I don't have to worry hi TDP cards
Not bad, 50% less power and only 20 - 30% performance drop.
Even more confirmation for my 700 w psu to run 4080.
This is BEYOND valuable.
How are these cards rated at their full power? BLEEDING MONEY i tell you!
Also what did you mean by not usefull because diminishing returns on power savings? Surely 50% PL is 50% gpu power reduction. No?

If I run Gpu at 50% Power, you not get Gpu damage , will it?
It won’t damage the gpu if you run it at that power. In fact I’ve heard it’s better for it to run at lower power
In theory, your GPU will last longer because there is less heat. Hot-cold cycling kills electronics when subjected for long enough.
👍
Wait, can this actually help to protect / prevent your high end gpu (3080Ti) from bricking while playing New World?
Is it safe for VRAM temps? And same about GPU Hot Spot temps.
Yes it will lower temps, so it is better for VRAM
