- Today are celebrating 60 years of the Ford Mustang. I thought it would be fun to visit the Mustang Owners Museum in Concord, NC. We will see famous movie cars like Steve McQueen’s Bullit fastback and Eleanor from Gone in 60 seconds. Also, they have a full clay model of the new S650 and a actual Mustang that was a ride vehicle in the 1964 Worlds Fair in New York. There is so much history to see. Let’s begin!

Mustang museum!? Wow very cool. I didnt know it was debuted at the worlds fair. Wonder if walt was there in the exhibition and i imagine him stopping by to see the other spots. It is pretty classic and has kept the look pretty close to the overall. Those cars have a lot of torque. The new one is so sweet looking. Damn that really was clay. Wow. The concept art is really neat also. 205 is really fast. What a building that was at the world’s fair. That barn find is really something. 🚗 cheers !
We had a great time at the Mustang Owners Museum. The lady at the front desk was very kind and told us some history about some of the cars. The history about Mustang being introduced at the New York Worlds Fair was my favorite. And yes! I bet Walt Disney was there to see the new Ford Mustang. Thanks for watching my friend.
Love it. Went to my first Mustang day in April here in England. Over 800 Mustangs were there. I have a 2016 Mustang.

Been wanting to come here for a long time. I was in Charlotte back in 2019 but for whatever reason, it wasn’t open. I’ve owned mustangs since I was 16. Have had 4 fox body cars and now a 21 GT. We just had the Ford Nationals in Carlisle PA. If you are a big fan of these cars, I highly recommend making the trip the first weekend in June.
