Footage of Libyan leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi speaking at a press conference in the capital city of Tripoli.
Gaddafi was at this time garnering a negative reputation in the Western press for his insistence that the Libyan state should have an overwhelming stake in the oil companies based there failing which they would be nationalised. He supported the cause of Palestinians and sold weapons to the Irish Republican Army.

I've never understood Gaddafi's physical changes as he grew older. It looked like he was following Michael Jackson's footsteps. A completely different man.
He was so handsome until he passed his 50s ... Some theories said that it was a different person acting in his place . And some said he injected something in his face and ruined it ... He would age perfectly if he stayed natural

@@Mohamed-kr6ko his plastic surgeons definitely did dirty on him. I mean, look at that guy in the video. 9/10. who could've guessed he could get old like that? they killed him before he could avenge his plastic surgeons and it pissed me off. a lot.
edit: i watched a video about his plastic surgeries and they say he was refusing general anesthesia during surgeries, maybe that could be a reason why he looked weird.

The same religious fanaticism came back to crush him and destroy Libya. Sad end to a misunderstood leader.
It was combined NATO air assault that killed him ultimately..I am still in contact with Libyan in Sabha, Gadames and Brega in the east. These people, as one told me recently wish right now to have the late Khadafi at every corner of Libya. Btw, that sentiment is not only common among the warfala or in Fezzan among Tuaregs, but also among the Toubou who had very difficult relationships with the late Khadafi.
Don’t twist facts, religious fanaticism didn’t crush him nor destroy Libya... in fact, the downfall of Libya was orchestrated by the west, led by Obama and Nicolas Sarkozy.
