So cutting the crash bumper for the top fitting seems to depend on what radiator you have. Stock OEM radiator is pretty thin so you probably don't need to cut the crash bumper. -I have a Mishimoto Radiator that is thicker, which doesn't seem as thick as what you have, but I wonder if I'll have enough clearance.- Actually, I see a black RSX with the Mishimoto radiator and it just barely clears the crash bumper. Needless to say, the slightly impact on the crash bumper would destroy that fitting. I am pretty interested in purchasing this in the future for my RSX. I have a K24 in my RSX and the stock AC lines that go over the intake valve would hit the hood. I currently have the EP3 AC lines that go over the left side of the engine near where the power steering pressure hose go. Its a better solution but it currently rubs on my valve cover. These videos are great but it would be nice if your website had step by step written instructions on how to install and what to look out for. Seeing that you're on your 3rd iteration, it shouldn't be too hard to make a step by step PDF.
Great video bro. Thanks for the custom hoses you provided for my EK. I may go ahead and get the full kit for the EK, get the condenser further from the engine so the compressor can cool down more!
great set up now all you need is a compressor kit with it and it iwll be a full setup
