Just because you are a big fan of a certain team and you know all of their traditions it doesn't mean that those are "the best" in college football. Most thoughts like that are biased. I'm trying to include everyone but still make a good video with no small school traditions that no one has heard of but their fans alone.
RSHighlights i can't believe u added the wabash cannonball!!! Go cats!
georgia 4th quarter start
What about Michigan State walking the field before they play?
Not a fan of Rutgers but their 3rd down chant is pretty cool
RSHighlights where are the Georgia traditions there was not one of them in either three of your vids
One tradition I have always respected was that at the University of Nebraska, at the end of the game, win or lose, the sections surrounding the visiting team's tunnel gives the visiting team a standing ovation for their efforts.
GritimoTheOdd we respect here in Nebraska we play for fun and passion not for reputation
Zachary Young don’t let their lies fool you, shit fans
No mention of Illinois' tradition where students stay away from the stadium during football season. It truly is a tradition like so few other college teams.
How do you demonstrate that in a video?
I think a montage of the empty seats while the band plays. A few years ago, they had to empty the stadium on opening day because of a thunderstorm. The AD tweeted out and announced on TV and radio that when the game resumed, no ticket was needed for admission. The crowd was smaller after the rain delay than it was before.@@BlackBearGlitters
It might have been the absence of the Chief that was the result of low attendance.
I love Virginia tech's entrance
too bad the video didn't really even show it.
Too bad their isn't multiple parts...
The other parts didn't show it either, only for about 10 seconds in part 1 where the run in wasn't even shown. Low energy!@@RSHighlights
So yes it did, maybe it wasn't the best clip but yes it was l.
Go Hokieees!
Georgia’s kick off
What about my jayhawks losing, that's about as old as it gets
Zach Jowers ha ha at least you guys have basketball
first road win in a while, looks like a new tradition could be happening lol
I respect you as a ksu fan because your one of the only ku fans i know now that make fun of the football
South Carolina’s sandstorm is my personal favorite in CFB
Smart Man!
To all the people who thought our paddle people for OSU was lame, it’s because we were losing to our rivals but if you’ve seen them before the game and usually during, they go NUTS!! It’s an amazing tradition.
the tortilla throw at a texas tech game 😂😂
Jarred Brown hell ya bro 😂
or the trash they throw
Fr we get in so much trouble for that
And they still get clapped by OU
This proud Hokie fan thanks you ever so much for including the Enter Sandman entrance. You made my day.
Mississippi State fans singing Dont Stop Believing is pretty cool
Love the power T entrance. If you never been to Neyland stadium, come and watch a game there. Especially with a quality opponent. That place is loud!
Vandy’s anchor, MIZ-ZOU chant, pink visiting teams locker room Iowa, the Haka Hawaii, and calling Baton Rouge
It doesn't matter who you root for college football is great just because of their traditions.
What about Georgia's krypton fanfare?
The turnover chain it's not a tradition it just started this year
Georgia Bulldogs 4th quarter light of Sanford Stadium. Spectacular to be a part of.
What notre dame does at the end of every home game
Football Card collector what do they do
Singing of the alma mater song
Heck yeah
Cheer cheer for ole Notre Dame
Notre Dame's band marching from the steps of the golden dome to the stadium! America's first university marching band! A sight to behold and participate in on game day, thousands of fans line the way and then follow.
That South Carolina one gives me chills, man...
Georgia’s dawg walk
Ben Denney every school does that, in fact it was started by Florida
@@jackshivertaker Started by Florida when Jack? In 2005 when Urban came to UF. Ole Miss has been doing it since 1983, 1985 on the current route from the student union through the Grove to the stadium. Tennessee started the Vol Walk in 1990. LSU started marching down Victory Hill in 1995. Georgia started the Dawg Walk in 2001.
I think the Texas tech red raider person storming across the field on horseback is awesome.
Texas grad here. Tech's Masked Rider is one of the most underrated college traditions.
Dont u mean Florida state, texas tech is enter sandman
@@masonruden2066 that’s Virginia Tech
UGA’s trumpet tradition shoulda been here
I’ve been to a Kansas State game and the Wabash Cannonball is electric
Love the Turn Over Chain, GO U! Even though I am a CANE for LIFE, I still like FSU entrance 1, Cane Warning 2, VT enter the sandman 3, Wisconsin Jump Around 4, Clemson death Valley Rock 5, USC Trojan Salute 6, WV Country Road 7. As far as entering a home game goes! BTW, The GROVE at Ole Miss...... best tail gate EVER! GO CANES!!!
Disappointed that u didn't do Georgia
Lts Twist exactly we have so many amazing traditions
You show GT running their old jalopy. You show Colorado running Ralphie. And, you the Boomer Schooner. But, you don't show Uga (with his air conditioned dog house) roaming the sidelines, or the tombs of the past Uga's. BTW, UGA is the only school to entomb their mascots within the stadium near the field of play.
Uga games are literally the best ugas fan base is crazy we have one of the best if not the best fan base in college football at the rose bowl 65% of tickets sold were UGA tickets
Lts Twist for real!!!!!!
Where’s the single trumpeter playing glory glory in the SW corner of the end zone to Munson calls? All I saw in this video was that Tennessee really likes to play rocky top a lot.
Oregon Ducks “you make me wanna shout” is pretty cool
I’m a Gator fan but I love South Carolina’s Darude Sandstorm
The 2 most exiting starts to college football is FSU and Tech's mascot riding out. FSU may edge Tech because of the flaming spear, but there is something about the masked rider galloping down the field. It isn't quite like touching a rock, but it is extremely cool. BTW, it makes the Sooner Schooner look pretty silly. Everything else is just, whatever.
Not an LSU fan, but the "Callin Baton Rouge" entrance I think rank up there with Enter Sandman as a great tradition.
Varsity gives me chills every time its played
Mr two-bits?
There’s the gamecocks sandstorm
+Cody Robbins yup
Holy shit Cody lmao😂😂😂
not a south carolina fan but that is on my bucket list now
Why do Carolina fans hate when the clock reads 6:04?
Because it’s 56-7 baby!!!!!
RubTheRock64 You know I should be mad but that’s only pretty funny
Notre Dame doing the alma mater after every game especially with Navy when both teams participate in each other's alma mater sing and sway
UGA “SAVAGE” Pads???
No
Thank you
Uga anything fr
I agree
Finally you got Tennessee running through the T
the missouri waltz from mizzou is pretty good
Mizz-ou-rah
exactly... or at least MIZ-ZOU! both just as good as any of the others shown and lots of history
After every TD or field goal at Navy's home games the students go in the end zones and do one push up for each point navy scores. at the end of each game they probably end up doing close to 200 push ups. And before every game they have fighter jets fly over the stadium. Navy has some really good traditions.
AidanT Lacrosse Agreed.
Sandstorm isn't even the best tradition at Carolina. That would go to 2001, which should've been in one of these videos.
Justin Bogen I agree
My favorite Carolina tradition is the post game amazing grace
if u do another one pls add the ou tossing the oppenents field goal ball up the stands and out of the stadium
The WOO PIG SOOIE did the Arkansas fans no justice they are awesome, and its sounds so good in person.
Notre Dame and Navy sing each others alma maters after every game. Include that
NIU Huskies before every kick off people take out their keys and shake em like Miss States cowbells
+Christian Rutledge it's in the other parts of this series
Nice video! I liked the video!
The fact you didn't add UGA dawg walk is crazy.. you have Miami with the turnover chain that was created last season CMON MAN!? That isn't a tradition yet...
Wisconsin has Jump Around, Sweet Caroline, Build Me Up Buttercup, On Wisconsin, Bucky's Push Ups, & the Alma Mater. So much tradition at every game, I want to make it out to Penn State to see that hype but Wisconsin is the best in the nation. Even the games before BIG 10 play are packed 80,000 strong.
They even do Sandstorm, & Kernkraft
I watched all three. College football season is a fun time of the year. !
just incase you don’t know the “oklahoma state” paddles were actually started by the OU Rufneks when they went to Still water and hit their paddles against the wall and then got thrown out of the stadium, they realized it was loud and stole it.
Add A&M full stadium swaying back and forth singing the fight song
crazy great video
What about Cincinnati's marching band rush? Lol they go crazy
You totally whiffed on UGA's traditons. #1 the famous Hedges, #2 the ringing of the Chapel Bell after victories, #3 Uga roaming the sideline with his own air conditioned dog house, #4 Gooooooo Dawgs- Sic Em before every kickoff, #5 UGA is the only school to entomb their deceased mascots in the stadium near the field of play, #6 the of the Krypton theme between the 3rd and 4th quarters (with the recent addition of cell phone flashlights for night games)
Brian Doyle quality over quantity. That’s why you’re not on the list
Jack Shivertaker but they’re all amazing all Florida does is clap wow
Carl8432 L you couldn’t be more wrong
3 years late but you forgot the lone trumpeter and the paint line
@@jackshivertaker The Krypton Fanfare and lone trumpeter trumps any Gator tradition. Go Dawgs. Can’t wait to beat the living hell out of you again this year… probably just jinxed us tho
Ohio State's Third Down Gong is absolutely HYPE AF if you are ever there live..... Seriously, it will give you chills
West Point?
Over a hundred years of tradition and truly unique. Nobody else shoots off artillery when they score.
Uh, Texas has Smokey the Cannon, Texas A&M also has a cannon, East Carolina has a cannon, Virgina Tech has one, Mizzou has a modern cannon, North Texas got one, I probably can go on, but the point is that Army ain't alone in the artillery camp
4:05 NCAA goes deathcore.
Would that be Texas?
We are the boys of old Florida after the end of the 3rd quarter at Florida Field....can't believe you didn't include that in any of the 3 videos.
Hey, the Frog Horn made it! Go Frogs!
The Texas one was dope
Georgia tradition calling the dawgs at kickoff
University of Texas "Texas Fight" make sure to include the "OU sucks"
bleachy memes, its the best part of a texas game
-.- just you wait, we'll come back
Texas is getting ready, we may have had multiple bad seasons, but we're gonna be in the championship again. Just you wait.
BOOMER!!!!!
For notre dame i thought they would at least do trumpets under the dome
You gotta throw the 4th quarter krypton for UGA... Or the savage pads.
I’m biased but I think throwing tortillas is a pretty good tradition at Texas Tech. That or the team entrance who runs behind the masked rider onto the field.
Any LSU traditions in any of the parts?
College Sports Insider Of course not for some reason, idk why they have one of the biggest stadiums and fan bases and many traditions, idk why he hasn't put one
College Sports Insider calling Baton Rouge should definitely be in there
LaHaye Outdoors or when the announcer announces that “it’s Saturday night in Death Valley”
Or chance of rain? Never.
Exactly what I was thinking. “Calling Baton Rouge” on a Saturday night. How can you pass up that traditions
you should do georgia’s kickoff bark
0:53 - The Iowa State one is the best. The yearly tradition of getting smoked by Iowa!
The turnover chain was stupid. I am so glad that it is done
Thanks for putting K-State on it
+Total TV yw
+Total TV yw
I know it's FCS, but the battle of the bands at the Bayou Classic I think is a pretty awesome tradition
I love Iowa State Cyclones entrance.
uga savage pads?
Jonah Mull They copied Miamis turnover chain
Daniel Nash your so fucking right
Iowa state cowbell is dope
I obviously know you're not going to be able to list all 100+ schools, but I am honestly shocked that you dont have Oregon as one of the top traditions. From Zim riding the Harley out before kickoff (one case in which we were penalized for it) to a classic scene from Animal House and "Shout" to start the 4th quarter. You're missing quality entertainment, and if you ever have a chance to head out to Eugene for a game in September or early October when the weather is beautiful, do it. I promise you that you wont be disappointed.
Taking away my Oregon bias, the Virginia Tech entrance, along with Clemson has to be some of the best openers out there.
Wisconsin build me up
As a gamecocks fan it’s atmosphere is like no other.
I was waiting for Notre Dames
And no mention of the helmets being painted?
👍🏼 great vid
+Tedious Autumn9 thanks
One tradition thats big, may not be well known but it is in the state of West Virginia is We Are Marshall. If you make a part 4, please include We Are Marshall from the Marshall ThunderingHerd. The chant was started because of the plane crash that happened back in 1970 and is huge to the Marshall program
Happy you did the iowa wave in the first one, but what about the swarm and entering in back in black, or its time to fight for iowa? Or the nile kinneck speech?
As a ND fan I have to say that the Sand Stormo in South Carolina is amazing !
I may be a Clemson fan, but I admit that South Carolina has a great tradition with "Sandstorm".
LSU The Golden Band from tiger land playing "Hey Baby"
Here’s an interesting one if youve ever seen is when ECU comes out to Purple Haze
*WHERE* LSU win bar, band march out, alma mater, and most importantly, CALLIN BATON ROUGE!
LSU has 1 of the best especially when the band plays neck 💯
L.S.U. WIN! field goal posts and 4th quarter in the next one
Carmen Ohio for Ohio State, the song the whole team and the fans sing after every win no matter the location
Logan M I agree. they sing it after every game win or lose. Awesome to see in person. OH!
There should be something from Mizzou for sure, whether it is the Missouri Waltz, hitting Big Mo the drum or even just the MIZ-ZOU chant. All are just as good as any of these other traditions!
You’re telling me I watched three of these to only see Texas once and it was a drum line. Texas is known for plenty of traditions and that’s the best you could find lol
Wisconsin Jump Around
Its gotta be so difficult to be a road team in Blacksburg at night.
University of Michigan jumping up to touch the banner. They have done that for a long time.
You should put in the best entrances and if you do Florida state and Texas tech better be in there lol
USC needs to step it up a notch
How about when every time UCF kicks of the whole crowd screams U-C-F?
As an OU fan I am confused to why their isn’t any longhorn traditions, “the eyes of Texas are upon u” bevo, touching the horns before coming out, and the cannon when they score 😂
You need to included Texas Tech's tortilla throwing during the kick off of every home game.
You should put in the tortilla toss for Texas tech every time kickoff tortillas are flying all over the place
Kinda saddened you showed one of our weakest yells for A&M at midnight yell and not the sawing off part of the war hymn at a game
Bro Jump around is the biggest tradition of Wisconsin college football though
It's in a different part
So was the video of Oklahoma state banging the paddles the tradition or the fact that OU was beating them again the tradition. 😂
Penn throwing toast
