I like the Master System one personally because of the galloping rythm, makes it feel a lot more intense, I just wished the FM-Towns version didn't botch some of the notes
Wow, this is so niche, cool to find this. One of my favorite songs, it gets stuck in my head from time to time. Must have taken ages to find them all. I don't agree that the arranged version is better than arcade though but to each their own. Good work!
hey just wanted to ask how you got the audio for some of these songs, especially from stuff like the PC-98 since I can find barely anything about it. Just interested that’s all!
@@mario2n3e Ah, well for most of these I had to record the audio directly from the game, which could be really annoying depending on the exact version; the PC-98 version has a sound test, while the Apple IIGS has no sound test, no good emulators, and the process I had to go through to get even remotely good audio was just awful jank nonsense, and it only works because the music doesn't stop after a game over in that version.
@@TheTomatoWatcher Really cool to hear about all that. Can definitely appreciate how much effort you put into getting all the audio, plus some of these versions being so obscure I haven’t even heard about until this video. Thanks for the response!
What do you think about we can now appreciate a full playthrough of Marble Madness 2?

Finally, a PC booter song that isn't the worst of the ports.
I still think it's the worst because MY FREAKING EARS BLEED WHEN HEARING IT
Arcade and Tengen Genesis (Mega Drive) are my favorites here.
4:09 crazy bus
The c64 version honestly has potential, if only the instruments didn’t go out of sync
2:35
Is it really that bad
