We woke up before the sunrise to leave the beautiful Meydan Hotel and head to the Dubai Airport! We squeezed in one lounge there, flew 8 hours to London, sprinted to our next 10 hour flight to Dallas, ran in the Centurion Lounge for nachos, then finally flew 2 hours home to Tennessee for the weekend! :)

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! After 2 years of saving $ and travel hacking over 2 million miles and points, we started traveling full-time January 10, 2016. While daily vlogging was not the original plan, we were having way too many cool experiences not to share every single day! Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

Honestly, it doesn't matter what you both do, Im still watching it. I enjoy these videos over TV any day. Its full of positivity, beautiful scenery. This help me get through the week. I cant wait until i go and finish graduate school so I can start a journey of traveling!

I recommend traveling to the country of Panama. The city is a metropolis with endless things to do and amazing restaurants. The beachside is gorgeous. I lived there when I was 7 years old I would do anything to move back. Lots of horseback riding opportunities, nightlife, great food, very cheap country, amazing beaches, and friendliest people
So far, this is the highlight of my Saturday :)

Hey you 2.... look, we are watching your videos because we can experience ALL you do and how it affects you and how things fill in your trip... that includes the slow flights and the random events because it IS part of a travel vlog... travel isn't always fun and games... and we want to see that too. So keep going and doing it the right way like you always do.

Kara and Nate sad to see Qantas stop flying this route (they're now flying to Oz via Singapore instead of Dubai) but I'm curious to see how they do with their new nonstop flight from London to Perth (17-18 hours in the air 😂)

I love plane, train and buses videos! Good job! Lounge, gold and diamond cards. I could not care less. It looks like I am alone in the world on this one. Now I am over 50 and have had three back surgeries, so long haul flights is business or first class only! Lol!

i love travel day vlogs! I wish you would show more of the plane food though, explaining what you got - i know it's usually pasta or chicken but i love seeing the cute plane meals!
I get the extra security check all the time too! Usually when traveling from Latin countries, but also Iceland!
I hate going through immigration in the US, even as a citizen it's harder than any other country.
Such a long journey for a short visit back... must’ve been amazing to see everyone! Don’t joke about spending too much time in an airline Lounge, disaster struck for me in December with AA and I missed my plane due to getting my timings muddled and being in the Admirals club rather the gate, didn’t even sip a drink but I missed my plane. First time ever in my life! If you still hold Emerald or Sapphire you’ll enjoy Heathrow T3 with 4 amazing Lounges especially the Qantas Lounge.... trust me! Safe travels you two come to London soon! Personal space..YES! There's so much l love about your vlog...y'all are so cute, great fun watching where you are and I really enjoy the lounges and the plane ride. One thing I hate and one thing I don't care about. Hate on any vlog watching the tops of feet walking, don't care one way or another about seeing take off and landing.
Nice travel day and luckily you could make some final take off footage at your last flight! That makes your story complete 👍
You wouldn't believe, but it is interesting Kara! ;) Guess it is because I like to be in that position, planes and airports make me so happy, cause that means I'm traaaaveeeeliiiiing! :) Wish I could be in your position to travel all the time, but I have to wait till summer for my next intercontinental trip :(

It’s so funny to see you guys take the Dubai London Qantas flight. I’ve taken the Sydney London flight through Dubai so many times that with only 4 hours sleep you guys had at the hotel in Dubai you probably are feeling better than 90% of the people who are getting back on after the SYD DXB leg of the SYD to LHR journey! As an Australian myself I’m glad you guys enjoyed QANTAS and hope to see you guys back in Aus again!

Hello from Sydney NSW! Qantas is a very good airline and actually owns/trains lots of airlines such as Jetstar and Fiji airlines! Qantas also has free wifi and tv entertainment on a domestic 2 hour flight! Always a good airline
That was actually a pretty big plane to Nashville...my home flights from dfw are usually on one of those small 2 seat 1 seat configuration 😂 but I am usually just flying 20 minutes from Dallas to Shreveport LA. We literally only get up to maybe 20k feet and we only stay there for like 5 minutes before you start your decent...🤷🏻♀️😬

We were just uploading our Koala video from Australia when your" long flight day" posted. Forgot how it felt to sit in a seat for 14 hours straight and 22 hours of travel to get to Sydney from Ohio. Our trip was many years ago, before seat-back tv, ugh !
