Oh how I miss it!! As an American, at least I was able to get 37 of these places in when I lived there!! Very lucky for that opportunity, and I remember it like it was yesterday…
Having been to several of these places, I now know what I have missed.😢😰It is satisfying to see how the former Soviet states have reinvented themselves. Before the wall fell, those areas felt as if we moved from a color TV to black and white. The joke was that the people pretended to work, and the government pretended to pay them. Norway was a priority from the time I learned of the fjords in third grade. It was, in a word, spectacular! Switzerland was lovely, also, but the two, though equally gorgeous, are very different. I regret missing the Trulli, the cone-shaped homes in Italy. Hamburg was not in this list, a glaring omission.

Oh how I miss it!! As an American, at least I was able to get 37 of these places in when I lived there!! Very lucky for that opportunity, and I remember it like it was yesterday…
Having been to several of these places, I now know what I have missed.😢😰It is satisfying to see how the former Soviet states have reinvented themselves. Before the wall fell, those areas felt as if we moved from a color TV to black and white. The joke was that the people pretended to work, and the government pretended to pay them. Norway was a priority from the time I learned of the fjords in third grade. It was, in a word, spectacular! Switzerland was lovely, also, but the two, though equally gorgeous, are very different.
I regret missing the Trulli, the cone-shaped homes in Italy. Hamburg was not in this list, a glaring omission.
I wish one time to experience Europe, to enjoy life here..... The video is really beautiful 😘😘😘😘😘
