I’m planning a trip to Germany in the summer. Your video is amazing! I now want to visit not only Germany but many other amazing countries. This video is a keeper! Thank you so much!
To me the best thing about Europe is that you don't need to travel much to see very different sceneries. What's lacking is true wilderness and vast open landscapes, well maybe you have a glimpse of that in the Scandinavian states.
This video proves the point that there is no "best" travel destination. Every place is uniquely beautiful and has a story of it's own. Gotta respect the epic world we live in!
This was an incredible video. I loved how you showed us so many beautiful beautiful places and didn't linger long in each place but still gave us history, pictures and hit all the wonderful features. We loved traveling with you.
Really wonderful! It is amazing that this world is filled with beautiful and amazing places. Wish you could have lingered a bit longer and not rush through it all....but that was a lot to fit into an hour. Was surprised you did not review Hungary? Maybe you already did or plan to? There is a lot of history there too...and Budapest is one special city. Look forward to seeing more. You are creating a wonderful life for yourself with all these travels.
Exploring Europe sounds like such an exciting adventure! With its rich history, diverse cultures, and stunning landscapes, every place you visit is sure to offer a unique and memorable experience. From the romantic streets of Paris to the ancient ruins in Rome, and the scenic fjords in Norway, there's just so much to see and learn. The architecture alone in cities like Prague or Barcelona is breathtaking! It's amazing how travel can broaden our perspectives and create lifelong memories. Safe travels and enjoy every moment of your European journey! 🌍✈🏰
Living in Prague for last 8 years and I must admit, in few pictures you shown all important about Prague and Český Krumlov also.. thx very much for you excellent job, finally i am finding how insanely beautiful all Europe is.. Keep going, good luck and big cheerzz from Prague!!

This video makes me so proud and happy as a european from germany. How beautiful european countrys (and of cours all other country of the world) are. :)
Europe is always a dream destination. Ive been checking every Europe video on RUclips and by far, this video is the best of all the videos I've seen. It is very clear and organized and you described each location at best.
Truly amazing, amazing, amazing (amazing three times and more!) tour of Europe’s ‘best places to visit! It’s absolutely the best video of its kind on RUclips, and it deserves an award! Bravo!
That was Epic! A real sum of your European travels - I remember most of these but must have missed Greenland. It must have been monumental to edit all this together and do a smooth delivery of all the narration. You'll never regret having visited so many places and I'm sure making many good memories. No surprise you ended up in the Dolomites, one of your favorite places.
Thanks so much John, I always appreciate your support! This video was definitely a beast to put together, it took a few years filming and then the last three weeks to put it all together. So happy you enjoyed it, hope you have a trip or two planned soon 😁
@@RyanShirley Sure but you left out Sweden, Finland, and all of the baltics. Tallinn is a hidden gem which more people should know about. I really appreciate your section on Romania though. Cheers
An extremely well made and researched video! Makes me wanna go travelling again although I just came back from Croatia/Slovenia/Bosnia 3 weeks ago haha As a European who grew up and travelled all over the continent, I'm impressed by how many lesser-know places you covered given how most videos only focus on the main cities of Western Europe. Hope you enjoyed your visit to my home country - Poland :) (I only just started exploring it this year)
Thanks so much Victor! That’s awesome you were just in Croatia and Slovenia, some of my favorite countries. I really need to explore more of your country as well! Poland fascinated me.

I will never make it to Europe, but I loved your tour. I always thought that America was the actual land of "milk and honey". But Europe is amazing too. I do have to add that I never questioned how heavy a building might be, before.
okay-ish compilation for those who solely like hiking, jumping in lakes and climbing mountains lmao. for those who seek cultural and culinary experiences this video is anything but useful.

That made me so happy to hear your family cheering when I included them in the video ☺️ you guys are well traveled! Do you have a favorite place you visited?
Such a great video, and some of the places made me go down the memory lane: Florence (my favorite, too), Zurich, High Tatras, Prague, Gdansk, Korfu, Malta, Rovinj... I'd like to see some of Hungary's best places (Ok, I'm a bit bias, I'm from Hungary :), The Parliament, the bridges and some other beautiful buildings of Budapest and Lake Balaton are definitely worth visiting!
Thanks so much Susie, I think my biggest regret of this video is not including Hungary. I’ll be making a video just on Hungary soon! Such a incredible country ☺️
I can't stop watching this, I'm so tired and my eyes hurt but I can't wait for the next adventure. what an incredible video and accomplishment! congrats and thank you
I went to Mount Saint Michel in August, by far my favorite place outside of Paris. I’ve also been to Heidelberg and the black forest, Zurich, Luxembourg, Toledo, Granada (my favorite place in Spain and Alhambra is stunning at night!), and Florence. I’ve been to many other places in Europe as I have immediate family in Germany and France. Will be checking out your other videos!
Station in Darmstadt FDR 1983 - 1985. All the Bavaria castles were stunning to visit. Also got to go into Austria Innsbruck. Manheim, Frankfurt. Once upon a time every young man should have joined the Army and see Germany(Deutschland). Beautiful to see and get the greatest education of a life time. Older now and I will go back again. Great travel packages available.
It is difficult to find the time and money when living a normal life, with a job, house, and responsibilities. I hope to do a few of these after retirement, but I will never get close to what he's been able to do. I am lucky if I manage 1-2 holidays a year.
@@michellemaine2719 The last time I travelled was when I was a child. I simply have other interests and we can manage our life according to what we want to do. Maybe its worth the time and momey to go to other countries some times, but travelling all the time seems to be pointless to me.
Wow, so many great places. I have only been to a few of them, but I want to see so much more for myself. Last summer three friends and I travelled from our home country of The Netherlands to Croatia with a small camper van, and I persuaded them to take the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse. It was great, especially because I was driving. At least at the start, halfway through my friends got so scared they forced me to let one of them drive. The van did struggle to get up the mountain tho. Driving through Europe is a great experience. Most pressing point on my bucket list is Italy, biggest gap in my travel history so far (literally, I have been to all the countries around it). I will have to convince my friends to make that our destination for next year.

i like that Dresden is in the list too :). I love my Saxony. we have a really rich history here. i live in Leipzig and Goethe came from here or Mendelssohn (which btw composed the world wide known wedding march, the melody knows any child. and hark the heralds angels sing.) and Johann Sebastian Bach and so much more. Furthermore we hold many records here. german and even world records. like the biggest city hall in the world. If you want to see the biggest monument in Europe, you also have to come to Leipzig to the Battle of Nations Monument :). And we have the second most old University in Germany and one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world too! :)
Fantastic video! My father and mother in law are both from Germany and both fled with their parents during the war. My father in law was from Pirmasens and my mother in law was from Dresden. You did a great job showcasing these beautiful places in your video!
Solid list, bro! After spending 3 years visiting all of these countries (except for Norway and Ireland), I still hadn't heard of maybe 40 of these spots and 10 of them are now on my want-to-go list on google maps haha. One small correction: The Velvet Revolution wasn't what directly caused Czechoslovakia to split. It was the revolution that gave the nation independence from being a USSR Communist puppet state. The split happened 3 years later in 1992, as many other changes were happening in the newly independent Czechoslovakia
Very beautiful and informative video, thank you! I would definitely recommend visiting Meteora in Greece and most of northern Greece and Bulgaria as they have some amazing and breathtaking places!
I like your videos, Ryan. Your narrations are inviting and your videos are of high quality (well picked, well edited). I hope to find south east Asia in your next video soon!

Hello Ryan, very well made video, i'd just like to add some places. Adršpach-Teplice rocks are absolutely wonderful, its 17 square kilometers area of sandstone rocks in northeastern Bohemia, and is the largest of its kind in central Europe. Krokonoše national park, which is located next to polish border, is also very beatiful, with our highest mountain Sněžka(only 1603 meters tall) located in there. And lets not forget Šumava national park, situated on the Czech-German border, with its rolling hills, glacial lakes and its peat-bogs. Take care Ryan.

So true! In just a few hours drive you can be in a different country with completely different culture, language, and landscapes
Yeah scandianvia got much trees and wilderness but pretty meh landscape
Iceland is the place to go
This video proves the point that there is no "best" travel destination. Every place is uniquely beautiful and has a story of it's own.
Gotta respect the epic world we live in!
How many years has it taken you to explore so many beautiful countries?! It is my absolute dream to visit as many places as you have. Beautiful video
I spent the last 6 years traveling Europe mostly in the summers. I try to spend at least a month every summer in Europe
I'm sitting in the middle of Prague and I'm amazed
Thanks so much Igor! That’s awesome you live in Prague! I love your city. Where do you want to visit most in Europe?

Truly unbelievable Europe
Europe really is unbelievable ☺️
My guy you’ve literally done gods work here, helping all of us build an interary of places to visit…salute your fitness though, running everywhere all day
I live in england and haven’t been to half the places you have 😂
Very very well done !
Who was filming you though, some of those drone shots were just incredible
Wow, this video showcasing the top places in Europe is absolutely breathtaking! The stunning visuals and informative narration have truly transported me to these incredible destinations. I appreciate the effort and research that went into creating this video, as it has given me plenty of inspiration for my future travels. Thank you for sharing these hidden gems and helping me add more must-see places to my bucket list!
This video makes me so proud and happy as a european from germany. How beautiful european countrys (and of cours all other country of the world) are. :)
What an absolutely amazing 1 hour compilation! Thanks you so much for this video! :)
Thanks so much mate! Any place you want to visit most?
Europe is always a dream destination. Ive been checking every Europe video on RUclips and by far, this video is the best of all the videos I've seen. It is very clear and organized and you described each location at best.
Truly amazing, amazing, amazing (amazing three times and more!) tour of Europe’s ‘best places to visit!
It’s absolutely the best video of its kind on RUclips, and it deserves an award! Bravo!
Hi friend❤
That was Epic! A real sum of your European travels - I remember most of these but must have missed Greenland. It must have been monumental to edit all this together and do a smooth delivery of all the narration. You'll never regret having visited so many places and I'm sure making many good memories. No surprise you ended up in the Dolomites, one of your favorite places.
Thanks so much John, I always appreciate your support! This video was definitely a beast to put together, it took a few years filming and then the last three weeks to put it all together. So happy you enjoyed it, hope you have a trip or two planned soon 😁
Greenland isnt in Europe so that makes sense.
@@filipsichrovsky Greenland is officially part of Europe, a Kingdom of Denmark and a member of the EU
@@georgebarnes8163 geopolitically yes, but geographically it is part of North America
@@filipsichrovsky No it is not part of N America, it is an Island in the Atlantic/ Artic oceans, geographically not part of anything.
You're missing out on northern Europe tbh. Norway's got some incredible scenery with their fjords, and Swedsh Lapland absolutely beautiful.
Nothing really from the balticum.... Hes so focused on beaches and seaside towns...
I did a section on Norway starting at 13:54 visiting the area around Geirangerfjord but i should have included more of Scandinavia
@@RyanShirley Sure but you left out Sweden, Finland, and all of the baltics. Tallinn is a hidden gem which more people should know about. I really appreciate your section on Romania though. Cheers
@@RyanShirley Did not miss much, maybe Lofoten witch is my favourite in Norway
@@moistschmeckles400 I appreciate that you mentioned Sweden and Finland but not Denmark. As a Swede, that makes me proud.
An extremely well made and researched video! Makes me wanna go travelling again although I just came back from Croatia/Slovenia/Bosnia 3 weeks ago haha
As a European who grew up and travelled all over the continent, I'm impressed by how many lesser-know places you covered given how most videos only focus on the main cities of Western Europe. Hope you enjoyed your visit to my home country - Poland :) (I only just started exploring it this year)
Thanks so much Victor! That’s awesome you were just in Croatia and Slovenia, some of my favorite countries. I really need to explore more of your country as well! Poland fascinated me.
I'm jealous!! My favourite continent is Europe and your making me want to visit Europe for my first ever time
Your so lucky🍀
Wow what a nice summary! I just got back from Italy( Rome>Florence>Venice) & Holland ( Amsterdam>Volendam>Edam>Zaanse Schans) and I am already planning my next trip. I ❤ Europe!!!
Wow that sounds like a amazing trip! Where do you want to visit when you come back?
@@RyanShirley Next visit will be summer 2024, we’re thinking France ( Paris>Bayuex>Mont St. Michel) and England.
Paris will be for me and the rest of France will be for my hubby as he like you also likes WWII history.
As for England , we’ll be driving all over( London, White Cliffs of Dover, check out Stonehenge and crop circles, Bath, Oxford & Cambridge etc).
I was there last month! Nuremburg was probably my favorite stop on my two week trip to Bavaria and Austria! I need to back!
What a lovely compilation! Your filming, editing and narrating are all on point! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks so much Stephany! I’m just happy you watched. Is there any place you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley Absolutely...all of them! ha! ha! Norway is one...and Madeira is another. We are sailors living full time on a boat...and our goal is to sail there! :) Cheers! Happy holidays!
I will never make it to Europe, but I loved your tour. I always thought that America was the actual land of "milk and honey". But Europe is amazing too.
I do have to add that I never questioned how heavy a building might be, before.
That’s the exact content that I was looking for to get inspiration to my travels. Actually way better than I expected. Thank you!
I’m so glad I could help! Where would you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley Switzerland! Incredible landscapes and a good spot for hiking.
Hi friend
okay-ish compilation for those who solely like hiking, jumping in lakes and climbing mountains lmao. for those who seek cultural and culinary experiences this video is anything but useful.
Europe offers everything I enjoy on this globe, including architecture, fashion, F1 and football, food and furniture, and beaches.
O yes I always love to look at Switzerland then I saw Tuscany, the churches on the hill tops of Jamnick oh so beautiful.
Switzerland is heaven 🇨🇭😇🏔️
You're so blessed to have seen so many beautiful places! Oh, to be young and carefree again! ;-)
This is hands down the most comprehensive video I’ve seen on euro travels. One can tell a lot of effort went into making and compiling all of these videos into one.
Love it man! 🙌🏾😎
Thanks so much Dexter! It definitely was a challenge to put it together 😅 Is there any place you want to visit most?
@@RyanShirley I’ve been to a few places on your list as I live in Dublin and it’s relatively easy to catch flights to the rest of Europe from here.
But I really want to see Lauterbrunnen and the Dolomites in Italy someday! 😁
We can live in brotherhood among these beauties in the world. But we fight foolishly. Thanks for this beautiful video.
Probably the best roundabout tour of Europe on RUclips. Well done.
Thanks so much Paul! There’s still so much not in this video, I’ll make a part 3 eventually
Wow! Visually, your photography and composition are stunning. You've done a great justice to these wonderful European locations. Coupled with your concise descriptions, and immersive storytelling, it's absolutely impeccable. You're very talented :) And now I have many places to add to my travel list! :)
Thanks so much Mel for your thoughtful comment ☺️ is there any place in Europe that you like the most?
Well done, sir. That was great. You're really helping me make up my trip to Europe.
I really love your videos, we always watch them together with my family, we were some of the places you mentioned and then everybody cheers haha
We visited Montenegro (Kotor), Slovenia (Piran), Romania, Poland (Morskie Oko Lake, Lomnicz), Greece (Corfu), Croatia (Rovinj).
That made me so happy to hear your family cheering when I included them in the video ☺️ you guys are well traveled! Do you have a favorite place you visited?

Thanks so much Lazzie! I’m honored you think that
Such a great video, and some of the places made me go down the memory lane: Florence (my favorite, too), Zurich, High Tatras, Prague, Gdansk, Korfu, Malta, Rovinj...
I was surprised no Budapest 😮
Again fantastic work Ryan. Well done. I really appreciate your talent in making these stunning films.
Thanks so my mate! I love your videos as well! 😁
Italy is the best without a doubt... I ve been there since 1967!!!! Every region there is just so historic story filled and beautiful..

The amount of effort you've put into this video is astounding!
That’s awesome you were stationed in Germany! There’s nothing quite like traveling Europe in your youth
These places are really amazing, I can't believe I never visited even one of them, living in central Europe.
I hope you can visit them soon! What part of central Europe are you from?
It is difficult to find the time and money when living a normal life, with a job, house, and responsibilities. I hope to do a few of these after retirement, but I will never get close to what he's been able to do. I am lucky if I manage 1-2 holidays a year.
@@michellemaine2719 The last time I travelled was when I was a child. I simply have other interests and we can manage our life according to what we want to do. Maybe its worth the time and momey to go to other countries some times, but travelling all the time seems to be pointless to me.
@@RyanShirley Hungary, Budapest
I’m so happy you highlighted the Castle of the Moors. It actually predates Peña Palace by like 800 years I think. I want to go back to visit.
Thank you for such a stunning video! My husband and I moved to Czechia for a 2 year work contract and we've been trying to travel a bunch before moving back home. We got back from a great roadtrip of the Baltic capitals and your video is making me excited for our next journey ☺️ Planning on renting a car and visit Cesky Krumlov soon as well since we live in Moravia, but we'll get there!

i like that Dresden is in the list too :).

Thanks so much Janel! That's crazy that you're parent's fled Germany, the history of that time fascinates me!
Thanks so much brother! I love watching your videos as well, especially you’re ones on Switzerland!
Very beautiful and informative video, thank you! I would definitely recommend visiting Meteora in Greece and most of northern Greece and Bulgaria as they have some amazing and breathtaking places!

Hello Ryan, very well made video, i'd just like to add some places.
