Bet those lads of yours love it when you drive out of the yard 😂😂😂👍
Yeah I think so too mark
😂 you're a top bloke and possibly Fox's greatest asset 👍
think they will have a lot off respect for him, might micro manage
but kettle will be on,yorkshire tea of course
Nice video, I am a retired engineer originally from Western Canada , we lived in England , Cheshire outside Manchester in Alderly Edge , I remember seeing the Fox trucks and equipment, my wife and I enjoyed our time in the UK but I will say we don’t miss the weather, just the people.
We live in the Southeastern USA in retirement I spend most of my time in my workshop, glad you decided to use a different rod I was yelling you need to spark test that casting on the clam shell I think it,s Gray cast iron! You need some preheat and post weld cover for slow the heat loss .
Thanks, it amazes me I’ve got people watching all around the globe. Very humbling.
When Luke was welding on that rotator - or any time you're welding with rods - an air needle scaler is mint for cleaning off the slag - makes it go much faster between passes.
We sometimes use them mate
Yes james i agree. And as icweld says “it peens the weld too”
Good Morning Baz and Director and all welderfabber fans, excellent video once again. Having been in a completely different industry ie financial sector I find your channel very fascinating and therapeutic. Having seen foxy a few times he seems a decent down to earth chap who has worked his way to the top. Hope you all have lovely weekend ❤
Amazed how you keep your van cleaner and better organized working in mud and pissing down rain than most of us who never leave tarmac 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤘😎🤘 Great video as always 👍👍
I was taught always clean your bench an tools from day 1 after a job I just do it with everything
@@welderfabber 👍👍

13.04 Oreyt Shag, do you want me to watch you back LOL. You guys just get better and better. Wonderful to hear our northern accent and sayings in your content.

Thanks 👍
Hi Baz didn't think adblue could come in contact with metal ie the tank on fuel truck oram I wrong ..great content director..keep videos coming 👍
Stainless steel tanks are ok mate
Baz your attention to safety is something that always impresses
If I can share a little expertise with the dye penetrant: After the dwell period, wipe the excess dye off with a clean, *dry* wiper. Then wipe the inspection area with a new wiper with a very little bit of cleaner on it. Then apply developer. That'll get you the best sensitivity. You can put the dye on by spraying it onto a foam swab, if you want to avoid overspray.
thanks jim, always good helping explain better than I show
great comment Jim....
Excellent video , really varied content, starting to see the characters in the team getting used to being filmed working , lukes seems a bit of a lad !!
A great installment young man.
When I have welded cast in the past, I use a high nickel content rod. Pre heat as you know, weld and peen with a needle scaler as I go and then wrap up to keep the weld area warm.
As per usual, we see top work, top team and top content!
We use the pure nickel rods on cast iron boilers but we preheat and then only very short runs so the heat doesnt build up, gently gently is the way, then we cover with a fire blanket and leave to cool very slowly . Small parts is better to bury in dry sand and let cool overnight.
Baz (Barry) ive been operating machines for 36i'sh years now an got to say your self an the director r a pure CLASS act love the content plz keep it up Thanks J
I used to look forward to the weekend to go out on the lash, now I look forward to them coz I know there is a new welder fab vid coming out , my favourite channel by far , thanks guys keep up the good work
thanks dan
I am 1 of your earlest (subscriber) watchers.
I have noticed that you like/want everything done yesterday. You get who you have deligated for that job, explain what/how you want done. Before you know it you are doing the main work with the welder just watching. There is a saying "You don't keep a dog & bark yourself".
As a watcher I am greatful for as you go to a lot of trouble to explain, even I understand what is going on.
You showed us your daughter saying that she is learning to weld. Please do that asap as there are a lot of girls that would bit your hand off if they knew/saw that anyone could weld & even do it well.
Its just when I get the time but it will happen
Feels good to come home from a week of working on machines, to watch other people work on machines 😁
Love this channel, it’s the only videos I never skip or fast forward, keep up the great content, as a HGV machanic for 25 years , I must say the plant job looks very interesting and rewarding
Thanks 👍
Also the fact you are a Milwaukee fan makes the videos that much better, no offence struggler 😂
Naughty boy Luke lol keep up the good work it's people like you who keep the country moving
drill a hole at each end of the crack only 1/8 inch pin hole but will release alot of tension in the metal great vid , lukes a good lad top man baz n director
yup
Brilliant video again lads keep it up
Best episode yet Baz. You cover a lot of interesting ground. Love the technical bit on the welding rods and then showing the application (and explaining it)👍. Video was produced at a good pace, always on the move, loads of interesting info.
Thanks 👍
he knows that young man is in the hunt for a top job!
Morning pal thanks for another great installment in the lives of you and your crew. Things have come a long way since we were welding with gas. Luke is a decent lad you seem to have struck it lucky there . Hope you all have a good weekend and looking forward to tomorrows video 😊
Thanks pal, no episode/chapter tomorrow
@@welderfabber ah ok pal no prob
Another great start to the weekend. Excellent work. Peace
After getting out of the hospital, I need a good length Welder Fabber video to take my mind off things 🙂😄
Yet again more insight on how the gears turn with each other its amazing how they do and every video the Director misses nothing which in its self is a amazing feat to say how long he has been filming great content Baz as always most enjoyable everytime you make me feel asa if i'm there with you lads .
Great Saturday video Baz plenty of different content already watched the dipper arm pin replacement. Looks like the Director is getting famous. Crack on lad to the next episode.
Thanks 👍
Baz, this is now my favorite channel.
Cheers… thanks for watching
A TRULY FABBER-ULOUS Episode Baz Team Director. there seems an element of carelessness with the excuses of 'some -' the drivers should take care of and PRIDE to be driving Dream Wagons!.
class you baz so calm top guy
Cheers harry lad
Well lad, that tank in QA440 is just a return manifold, the oil returns from various rams and motors return to that manufold and then 1 return line to return filter in hyd tank
" I just like to know I can still do it" Love ya Baz

Amazing great episode once again baz nice to see you and fuxy get some recognition it's well deserved to the welderfabber team and fox group 👊💪
Glad you enjoyed it
Top quality content as ways
I really like your channel. Quality content every time. It will be intresting to see the longterm function on the expanders. Also if you can find some bushing that has gone even longer down the out of shape path and see how it works!
Another great video .. when you pulled the cat walk with your truck the steps flexed // are they bolted on or welded ?? I thought they were going to pull off ..
Love the videos boz watching from across the pond i have driven and operated equipment for the last 37 years really enjoy seeing how its done in another country keep up the awesome work
A brave move to attempt a weld repair on that. Immense stresses on that component.I would condemn that connector (?) and fit a new one. Good luck though, keep up the good work.
We'll keep a eye on it, should be OK.
Another fantastic vid Baz & Director the drone footage is awesome you really do go to town with the content, the Fox seems a really nice guy as well and very grounded, say safe Paul P
thanks paul
Awesome video, thank you baz & The director & the team.great work.. the casting could be SG IRON .we use to make jcb casting out of SG iron .at lister/Petter iron foundry .
Baz how many miles do you do in a week? Great show thought, Baz a new must watch channel for me and that mid week episode was a gem, hope it saves you plenty of money so you can get some more toys to work with.
" lil blue on the pull " !!!!!!!!🙈
Yep I reckon 50k subs to the channel and you and the director should do a live chat with both of you and the team in the workshop
50k is a long way a way we'll see, dont think director will partake thou
Hi Bazz, Another interesting video. Do you drill a hole at the end of any crack to stop the cracks spreading any further ,
We drill the ends of the crack if the crack goes right through the material mate
good long video, i forgot to sleep. We like the Director. lol is it his channel?
We're is the Director. Brilliant 😂😂😂
I was laughing too, like he's Banksy or something.......
Did you do a. Video on making the dump truck rear body
Baz you have a beautiful daughter and future Fabber! Like to see an episode with her laying down a bead. Cheers...
Just wondered what that noise was woke eveeybody up while i went for a pis had door open noisy thing that laaa 🎉😂 arc air callum
Fantastic 😊😊😊😊
Great video! I do have a request. Could you explain how the metal separator works on a screener the next time you are working on one? Thanks. Keep up the good work and Be Safe!
Its an magnet behind the belt but yeah I will allen
Thank You. Always interested in how things work. I was an agricultural mechanic (John Deere)several years and then went to work at a paper mill making liner board for cardboard boxes. Like you say “ Every day is a school day “ and still learning. Always enjoyed the service calls because it was something different daily. Y’all be good and stay safe.
Mr.Baz 👌. ☕. From Cyprus 👏 👋
Big up Director
Hey Baz, you can use a stainless rod to repair cast, I've used it to repair a cast exhaust manifold without an issue
Yes you can on an exhaust mate but not on that attachment, to risky.
Love all the videos. Maybe cap off the hydraulic ports on the rotator before grinding and welding to stop shit getting into them ??
Where did ye get those chocks under the tipper body Baz ?
I'd be pushing all of your lads to be wearing as much protective gear as possible. Eye protection when drilling for a start, kneepads as much as possible and gloves, especially when using oil and chemicals. I'm not a great fan of Health and Safety and lucky too have survived the risks I took in my younger days, but the old days of not bothering are gone, or should be.
Story from my work-life;
I was using a drill press, drilling 15mm holes in some stainless square tube.
The shavings must have somehow caught my gloves, and pulled me into the chuck and wrapped my fingers the wrong way round...
Lesson learned (the truly hard way😐)...
Never wear gloves near turning spinning things!!!
38:27 is that the equivalent to Ashvilles "I don't know who did it Daniel" 😆😆😆
yes 100%
Baz think about taking your work area that you have on your units that you and workers have you will have an all in one workstations start with one for each region. Do not cut back on the trucks you have for the men now you are a growing company.
People only want to see the director because you have portrayed him like the Stig lol
Have you ever barred or refuse to supply plant to company due to constant abuse towards machinery, i remember picking up a mini digger missing a track the contractor used it for a month without the track to avoid a call out charge ,the end repair bill was alot more than a call out charge for a track remount 😂😂😂😂
I reckon Baz left that gas on just quietly!
Hi baz hope your well ! Quick question what drill bits do you recommend using ?
Depends what you are drilling but I use HSCO (cobalt content) drills, mostly Dormer.
Don't be tempted by ebay comedy drills that are coated.
Speed and pressure is a factor especially if working with harder metals.
@@iosilver9920 cheers mate
Morning Baz.
Great video and informative as always lads👍What weight do you carry in your van3.5 ton?
4.7 jay 5 max
lol sergeant major
🇮🇲❤️ yes baz the good old I.o.m foxes have invaded 😂
Bon Boulo 👍👍
hastelloy you know the crack
When are we gonna see Fox in high vis and a helmet around the yard? 😂
great work but fox group dont like drilling without eye protection basic stuff
Brilliant videos as per usual baz and team! But on another note is Wayne Rooney your son? Spit off him 😂😂
haha how old do u think I am!!!
@@welderfabberhaha beats me mate not even gonna guess lol. Keep up the great content, enjoying the show more and more the chronicles/episodes go on ❤
Great vid, keep them up. One thing that is coming across in your vids is that your quite rude with your suppliers when they’re trying to explain things to camera. I know your very busy and a bish bash bosh kind of guy, but won’t hurt to give them a bit more time and your full attention. I know your a nice guy but just thought I’d mention 👍🏻
Thanks fine but what you dont see is my phone is none stop all day always a problem, we dont stop cause I'm filming, and I am very good friends with most of my suppliers even more so the 1s we put on cam.
Wers t train u keep going on about
Wat a muppet.al he does is work for them
Troll on to another channel 🤡
More of the fox
Any chance of a job baz I'm a fitter
@1.06.30 Could you have not put a block a wood under that foot thing on the steps .......be rite!!!
You'd badly want to get your sinus looked after mate your gasping for breath
Been like that since I was born mate
baz you need to delegate ,your a manager, love your hands on;but need to step back for your own health and let the lads sort the shit out
