Bought a 2020 SE 4 wheel drive for my wife to use around town instead of driving her expedition. now she can just use the Expedition for long trips . This is a lot better on gas lol. Have to admit it but I like driving it. It’s not going to win any stop light drag races but it does everything else well. I’m 6’4” and it’s very comfortable to set in and drive and it’s also very good in the snow
Just purchased my 2018 this year used and got a great deal. The sales member didn’t go over all the features and your video really helped. The only features I would add that weren’t mentioned were. The glove box has an AC vent in it to keep drinks and food cold. Also all trims comes with tire pressure monitor system through app and oil life monitor. Some models come with factory wiring harness for towing. So user can add a post purchase trailer wiring box from ford and install them selves.
I purchased a 2019 in April. And wish I had bought it from someone like you - the auto review is Fantastic! Very helpful. You taught me so much more than the salesman who rushed me in and out. I would like more instruction on using the S drive and manual shift, as I plan on doing lots of road trips and that will involve many mountain routes.
I love this vehicle. I’m getting a second one since my first one was totaled because some fool hit me and ran off. Loved my Pearl and now I’ll be getting another one
Thanks for the video! I stumbled on the ecosport and with its huge rebates it really got me interested. I ended up buying an SE and the salesman stated I knew more about the car then him. That is thanks to you! I bought this as a winter beater and bad weather vehicle and so far it is more then I would have expected at the price point I purchased it at.
I got the SE trim on May 10, but it didn't have the BLIS, but with blind spot mirrors. I have it in smoke metallic with 2182 miles only since it was a rental and people test drove it and didn't like it and went for something else.
Ford has massive rebates right now on this little crossover. $5,500.00 on the S and SE and $6,250.00 for the Titanium and SES. That makes this a really cheap commuter car.
Thank you for doing a great video.. Wife and I will be testing one today in Ohio. I like the fact that many of the controls match my 2020 F150 supercrew. But none make my 1931 Ford Model A 😉.
If it was a hatch back instead of a swing gate would be a good car... How would I open my trunk if someone parked behind me? That's why I chose a different car last year. Great Video, love watching them, thanks for doing them :)
I've got no problem with that at all but I thought it would be a huge problem. The thing is you can open it a bit even if a car is directly behind yours
I just bought the Se 4wd version. Kind of bummed out because I Just learned that the 4wd se Model Consumes more gas than my ford escape 2012... I wasn't planning on getting this one at all but I got It for a good price because we personally know the salesman at ford. I didn't do any research on this vehicule at all . I fell for the name of it. Being called ECOsport automatically I though it would have been much more Fuel efficient. Not the Case :(
who ever has the eyes with them. so if the driver (who has the keys) is close enough to the vehicle, someone else could press the door handle and lock it for them.
In Europe they have a spare mounted to the back like a Jeep but when they brought them to the US they removed it for some stupid reason. I think the first year of the ecosport in the US had it optional on the sport model but that's it.
I don't know how anyone would buy a car without a spare. That tire kit is useless leaving you stranded should the flat tire be more than just a puncture. I argued with a few dealerships about that.

My grandma had this car for 3 years and it’s still doing so good! I’m hoping I can get this one tomorrow!

I love mine. Got the SE 4x4. It’s so fun to drive!!! I love the swing gate.
People get shocked when I show them the swing gate

Thanks for a great video! I just bought this make and model SUV yesterday. This was a great orientation!
This was a very informative video and overview of the car. I didn’t get any of this at the for d dealer we went to here locally in WV. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Outstanding Performance sir! Thank you 🙏🏾
I have the ecosport titanium and I've noticed that mine has a lot more buttons inside than the one you showed

How do you engage the 4wd? There is no button for it
I have the 4wd version & there is no button do engage. I think it is constantly 4wd
God bless. Excellent!
😃like it- bunches
Just got the 2019 back in February. What is the button ? on top behind the screen?
Not sure
I want to get this for my parents. There’s a used 2020 SES AWD near me for 17k with 6k miles. What price should I aim for?
That's a good price!
I like mine.
Can anyone lock or unlock the car just by touching the sensor on the door handle or only the driver can do that?
who ever has the eyes with them. so if the driver (who has the keys) is close enough to the vehicle, someone else could press the door handle and lock it for them.
Whoever is traveling with the keyfob in proximity can unlock it i believe
Is the 4 wheel drive full-time or on demand.
It's an intelligent 4WD no need to shift it. Basically all time 4wd.
@@longmcarthurford thanks
Can anyone unlock car by touching door sensor If i already locked car and walk away?
Joe Ninety No the key is connected to the car & the car will only unlock if the key is near it :)
@@mollousha I got the car out, with the car in Park and the engine running and I heard the car chirp like it was locked.
All that technology run by two wet belts that fail after 40000 miles Like mine with a full service history and ford don't want to know!!
N
Didn't see a trans filter canister under the front , so it will get fluid changes every 30000 like everybody is doing .
no spare.... its gonna be a no for me dawg

That start stop thing is pointless and dumb honestly
You can turn it off
you sound like lil dicky
